I have a review about your products. I ordered a set of bed linen. I really liked the quality of the fabric. The only disadvantage is that the colours do not match the website, the shade was different.
I received a pillow as a gift and I was disappointed with it, it was impossible to sleep on it. It is very poor quality. I would like to order another set of bed linen. But is it possible to replace the pillows with something else?
I don't understand how to use them if they are not suitable for sleeping.

Firstly I must say I received the bamboo duvet within 24 hours of the order.
I was surprised at the weight of the duvet as I had expected it to be lighter compared with our previous feather and down duvet. Whilst this did not bother me on the bed my wife found it difficult to cope with and found it too cool. It tends to wrap round you which I enjoyed but I actually found it almost too warm. After a few days of poor sleep we had to return to our old thinning duvet and consider what to do next.
This is a good quality duvet and came with a free pillow and some small towels. It sadly did not fulfil our needs.

Really good quality bamboo bedding, its cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Absolutely love the quality as well.

I love the products and I love the bamboo towels. Pity they never really have any good offers on. Maybe a free pillow or turban. Always feel I am paying full price. So not really getting anything back purchasing quite a few products from the company. Repeat custom doesn’t seem to feature in their pricing policy.

I purchased 2 pillowcases from them as a trial to supplement my existing bamboo bedding from another company after one wash there were holes in the pillowcases and the feel of it was much rougher not at all as soft as my other bamboo bedding from somewhere else will never buy again

very fast delivery, gorgeous feel to these sheets. Feels so lovely when going to bed. Only downside it pillowcases crease up badly and look a bit untidy for me x

Con’s - Heavy duvet
Items are supposed to regulate your body temperature but so far haven’t done a thing for me. I am also personally not keen on the slippery feel of the material. Sheets too big for a standard double bed. Keep coming untucked. Very difficult items to wash and iron.

The product is just unbelievable, very comfortable and warm in the winter,hopefully the hot summers,the bamboo items will keep me cool.

Mmmm bamboo bed sooo nice. Sleeping never felt so good. So soft and smooth.

Cons: very difficult to get out of bed.

The duvet cover feels beautifully soft and silky and I will be putting it on the bed very soon! I really like the zip which I think is better than having buttons. I am looking forward to trying the product out and hopefully it will live up to expectations. The same goes for the bath towel which I will also be using shortly. Very fast delivery.
