Beautiful products that are well made and should last a long time. Arrived really quickly in lovely considerate packaging.

Ordered two bath sheets hoping they would be highly absorbent, but not so. Very disappointed with the purchase, don’t absorb well in my view and quite thin too. Am sending one back but lose the postage it seems. Not accurately described in my opinion. Pity.

Lovely soft towels and delivered within a few days.

I would give the bamboo robe 5 stars as I love it, but only 1 star for the pillow - it is not uncomfortable although I gave it several nights, so its an average of 3 stars.
I will certainly buy more towels and bathrobes - lovely quality.

Easy ordering system, good choices at fair prices and the feel, the quality is unsurpassed. Will always use Paragon's website when/if I need more bedding.

Quick and easy purchase online and quick delivery. Hand and bath towels are very good quality and after an initial washing to get rid of the excess fluff, they came out perfectly.

I spent a fair bit on my order, the bedding, towels and robe were amazing. The pillow was terrible, lumpy and not a good quality or dreamy sleep as stated. I wrote to paragon bamboo but they were not helpful. I can send the pillow back and If they agree it's not to their standard they will refund..they didn't understand that this is subjective and could have argued that the pillow is of standard. But, in my opinion it's not up to any standard. It is of a cheap foam pillow standard. So I am stuck with an expensive uncomfortable pillow because they wouldn't guarantee a refund. The refund comes with their opinion of the quality of their own pillow standards, not of the experience of their valued customer! Trading standards is next. Paragon bamboos reply is trying to cover up what really happened.. he failed to I form you all that it was down to their discretion if a refund was issued. He stated thar it had to meet their standards and their agreement that the product was indeed faulty. If they deemed it not faulty then I would have to pay for the product to be returned to myself. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, exchange policy is minimal and expensive, i have to pay to send back then they charge you another £6 to send a replacement, no free post, even though their product is expensive to start with, was going to order another for my daughter but I will think twice now as if she prefers a different colour it will cost too much to exchange, shame as i think the product seems nice (haven't used it yet as wrong size)

Really love these flannels - bought for my son who has very sensitive skin. This is my second purchase, really pleased with the quality and delivery was super quick!

Ive been using bamboo for many years and decided to get a totally bamboo quilt to go with the covers. This is the only company I have found that sell them. The first one arrived and I put a cover on it, but it would not lay flat. On measuring it, I found it to be nearly 10cm too big. I returned it and asked for them to measure the replacement. They did this and I was told it was 199cm. This was not correct, as it is 205cm, but if I fold one end over then it will probably be ok. At £100 I thought the measurements would be more accurate. It says to expect variation as its a natural fiber. I dont see how this is true unless it is still growing!

Quick delivery, very nice sheets, more luxurious ‘feel’ than I was expecting.

Lovely soft face cloths, great quality and nice choice of colours. Came in a nice little box each cloth tied prettily with a ribbon, everything is recyclable or biodegradable. Perfect gifts. Just one niggle, I had no option on delivery and had to pay the premium rate, ok but I did expect it the next day not 3 days later, after all it was advertised as delivery 24/7.

The service, ordering and courier were swift and very easy to use. The sheets are superb, SO comfortable!! and well worth the expense. Will definitely buy more in the future

Very quick delivery, unfortunate issue with washing instructions on pillows which are wrong. Pillows quite firm but am getting used to them. I think they are helping with the ne k ache I usually have.

I made a large order for myself and my daughter, unfortunately the order for my daughter was wrong. However, Paragon Bamboo were very helpful and quick in sending me out the correct items and returning the wrong one. I had a very positive experience, customer service could not have been better (thanks Matt!) and my bedding is lovely!

quick delivery and the bedding is great it is so soft and feels like silk, it is so nice to sleep on although we have not had any really hot weather since we have had it we can tell it's going to be great.
