3 Stars cuz the action cam don't works. Otherwise 5 Stars.

Im the founder of a german society for paranormal research. I bought a few products from this Store, overall im happy with my equipment and with the support.
The only bad thing in my opinion is: I bought a full spectrum action cam, which is suposed to see bright in the dark with IR lights on. But our action cam can only see in the light. If i turn it on in the dark with 2 IR lights shooting the way the camera is looking at. The camera is totaly black. I wrote the suport many times but most of the time they wont answer after i told them my problem. After all they told me to send it back. But because im to lazy ;) I wont. I will keep the camera and use it for day capturing.
If the camera would work. I would give 5 Stars. But it really annoys me :/
