Diamond worth 9000$ lost. I got a ring for my wife October 2018 & the diamond fell off once in August of 19. We luckily found the diamond at our home and sent it to Parcel & Stone for repair. In November 19 it fell off again and we can’t find it. Poor service !!

Great diamond. I saved a grand and got an equally good stone as i would have in a brick and mortar. My wife was able to customize the ring and she loves it.

Even of greater pleasure was working with Jonathan C., my contact and salesperson. Jonathan went above and beyond to find me the diamond I was seeking at a great price to say the least. As I am very fussy and particular, Jonathan would not compromise or stop searching for me as to what I wanted until he found it for sure! My wife, some 20+ years ago was in the jewelry/diamond business so, she does know this field fairly well. When I surprised my wife and she saw the diamond, then all complete in a simple magnificent setting, she was in total shock, astonished and almost "flipped"!

Jonathan C. is incredibly sincere, honest, trustworthy, personable and as professional as one could ever ask for. It should be noted that I purchased not your everyday diamond but a stone valued significantly in excess of $100,000 which certainly shows how much I trusted and put my faith in Jonathan. Purchasing a
5- carat GIA Certified diamond "on-line" is not something that happens or one does daily, I can assure you. I now have Jonathan searching for a matching pair of GIA Certified diamond studs.

No matter what your "pocket" and price range is, small, medium or large - I have no doubt that Jonathan and P&S will do it right and come through for anyone especially if one is patient!

One word: exceptional. I was on the fence about purchasing something as significant as an engagement ring online, without having seen or held it first. All I can say is, I nearly went with the brick and mortar option but my gut told me to go with P&S in the 11th hour and I (and my fiancé) couldn't be happier. Jonathan is terrific, and he'll email you back quickly to make tweaks as-needed (I adjusted the ring size at least four times). My fiancé gets compliments ALL of the time...and not just from our friends and family. Whenever we're out at a bar or restaurant, other girls will point her ring out and ask her a million questions about. If you're on the fence about buying online, I totally get it. Make the right decision for YOU - just know that P&S is the option you should go with if you decide to take a chance on the online option.

Jonathan was fantastic! I worked with him in November to purchase my finance engagement ring and decided to work with him again for my wedding band. It came out way better then I expected and the entire process was just as smooth as it was back in November. I would highly recommend Parcel & Stone to anyone interested and feel that Jonathan is a true asset and an excellent person to work with.

I worked with Jonathan to build a ring in September. Not only was he extremely professional, courteous, honest, helpful and accomedating,.. he made sure I understood all the specifics and got the ring that was right for me. Not to mention he helped rush it for me as I needed a week earlier. My fiance couldn't be happier. 5/5. Not to mention the savings!

i'd give them 10 stars if that were an option. I have to say I was very nervous making such a big purchas without being able to actually see the ring prior but the staff at P&S went above and beyond answering all of my questions, educating me on stone selection and providing options within my budget. I honestly could not have been treated any better. I gave them my budget, vison and deadline all of which were met. Most importantly my wife was blown away by the beauty and quality of the ring. P&S made me look like a hero........I will never buy a diamond anywhere else again.

Product: I found an incredible deal on Parcel and Stone via Rare Carat (highly recommend this site); it was around $10k less than what I had been seeing elsewhere so I jumped on it immediately as I had been looking for quite some time. I chose a setting, and the ring was overnighted once it was built (4 weeks). I loved the turnout, but changed my mind on some details after speaking with my fiance-to-be's besty. Once we had an idea of what a better setting would be, I reached out to Jonathan who had been my go-to contact. We sent the ring back for do-over and in a few days, I had my custom ring back in my possession, and it was perfect.

People: Jonathan was the man through and through. He was consultative, and extremely responsive (even when he was sick!). He made recommendations, and finally we ended deciding a custom route was the way to go. He successfully relayed my asks to the shop, and the final product was exactly what I wanted. The quality of service made the completely online buying process much less nerve-wracking. Had this not been the case from the get-go, I would have been extremely hesitant to overnight the ring back. Jonathan did a great job inspiring confidence in the shipping, and product creation. Honestly, I hope I never have to buy an engagement ring again, but if I do, i'll come back here thanks to the wonderful and responsive client service team.
