I recieved no delivery updates for 2 weeks and called to see what was happening after emailing and getting no response. I ended up calling seven different times because I kept receiving no updates on the case despite being told I would. When I pushed for more information they tried to tell me it had been passed on to a different shipping company (this was the 5th time I had called by that point), and they confirmed they had never received it.
By the time they finally acknowledged it was lost it had been well over a month, and they didn't do anything about it. Basically just told me it wasn't on them.
Parcel left in very safe place
I got a notification to say the parcel was delivered but couldn’t find it anywhere so I reached out to customer service. They came back with a photo of where the parcel was left and then I was able to retrieve it. I never would have looked there, but props to the delivery guy for going above and beyond to put it in a safe place haha

My parcel from the States had incorrect address so driver could not deliver it, i sent email of to company and Scott from there service dept got it sorted quick smart i have now received my parcel just great service very happy.

Driver lied an said attempted delivery…
Driver lied an said attempted delivery at 9.31pm at night. Said noone home an nowhere safe to leave. Both lies.My camera security cameras video footage proved none was at my place, and I was home aswell. , Driver dropped at business 25mins drive away. Tracking says depot he picked up from is 5mins away from me. So I'm guessing he grabbed all parcel an drove straight to the drop shop an said noone home to everyone. So after paying delivery fee initially , I then had to waste my time n fuel in weekend to go collect.. so the company doesn't care, just closed case as it had been picked up. Unfortunately when sellers offer free delivery it's this cheap, 2 nd rate, dodgy company they use.

I posted a package from the UK to Australia. I received a message to say it was undeliverable then realised I hadn’t put the house number on the package.
I contact DAI and explained what had happened and they were fantastic, tracked the parcel, rewrote the address and was delivered a few days later.
I cannot thank them enough for all their help and will definitely be using again in the future.

International books were delivered after being marked undeliverable
My international book delivery was marked as undeliverable. Lost. DAI had contacted me with a separate tracker email. I contacted DAI and Erika resolved the situation. The books are on their shelves and are both happy. Erika made the difference with GREAT customer service.
