Excellent customer care

My parcel couldn’t be delivered at the initial address but the customer care representative Erika followed up and kept me posted up until I could receive my delivery. Thank you Erika!

Amazing service

Daipost

Daipost, aka Parcelright, was meant to deliver a parcel to me at Mosman at 10 days ago. Eventually the tracking said they couldn't deliver. (Australia Post never has this problem to my place. ). So after waiting 30 minutes on the phone they eventually said they would try again. Today there was no delivery, same lame excuse.despite someone at home all day, and they took it to the local newsagency. When I collected it the news agency said two other people had the same bad experience. Daipost, Parcelright, please get you delivery guys to drop off at front door. I think they don't even come to individual houses, just straight to a general drop off. Atrocious service!
