Fast trustworthy service

First time I ordered one of those old surplus Russian uniforms off Taobao, but the site itself wont let you order anything if you're a foreigner. Parcelup was one of the services I found that provided a way to buy stuff from China and I gave it a go. Took about a week to get here to the Philippines, service was fast, and they even send you pictures of the item you ordered when it gets to their warehouse. Highly recommended agent if you're ordering from China.

I love that they sent me pictures of my items when it got to their warehouse.
The delivery process is honestly pretty quick and very clear. As soon as it was sent to my locations warehouse it was there that morning.

Too much shipping charges for small packet

Too much shipping charges for small parcel. I ordered only 2 diecast car (1/64 size) yet the shipping charges I paid was more than double that of what's shown in the website. Will never use this service. Lesson learnt.

Please check our calculator https://parcelup.com/order/taobao-shipping-fees-calculator and verify that the price is the same, plus 16.50 RMB for insurance (it is stated in your parcel information on the order page). The parcel may be small, but shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume. Although the items are relatively small, they are metallic, which makes the parcel weigh about 0.5 kg. We would appreciate it if you could explain what confused you about the shipping fee or why you thought it was half the actual cost. Thank you for your feedback! We see that your order took some time, but let's be objective: when you purchased the items, we notified you that the seller ships within 30 days, which you confirmed. The seller shipped exactly 30 days after the purchase date and on the same day you added another item, which also involved a three-week wait. Everything was packed on the same day we received the last item and shipped the next day, as you paid for shipping. Your parcel was delivered in just 6 days. The entire process was right on schedule, so we're a little surprised by your feedback, especially since we haven't received any communication (email, chat, or otherwise) from you expressing concerns about your order. We appreciate your use of our service and hope you have a more positive outlook on your order.

Great search function, awful customer service

I really love the search function of the site, but it was hard to communicate with the proxy agent, who wrongly estimated the time of arrival for my item. I'm also not getting emails for this correspondence; I have to log in to check if I have any new notifications. Also, the shipping selection is not transparent. If it's not DHL, then don't display that it's DHL on the site. I usually pick DHL because it's cheaper than most, but Parcelup chose to ship my things via UPS. I paid way too much for shipping than I wanted! The products were in good condition, though.

We have confirmed that all notifications were sent and successfully delivered to your email address. If you're still not receiving them, please contact our online support chat, and we'll investigate the problem together.
Regarding the time estimate: we do not provide specific durations but only share information from the seller. Especially if the wait is longer, we ask for your confirmation that you're okay with the delay. The actual processing time can be shorter or longer and depends solely on the seller; if so, we will inform you. We appreciate your understanding.
Concerning shipping choices: we selected UPS instead of DHL for several reasons. DHL is approximately 30% more expensive and may require you to handle customs clearance and pay extra fees. Additionally, your item includes a collar made from a material that DHL might not accept, potentially causing delays. We aim to choose a shipping method that offers the best balance of price and speed, and in this case, UPS is more suitable than DHL.
We understand that choosing DHL might be seen as the only express option, but DHL has many limitations now. Their shipping may be switched to UPS or FedEx depending on the destination, item type, and other factors. Rest assured, we strive to make your order as fast and affordable as possible.

Tried to track package

Tried to track package, but a window keeps popping up saying "Our firewall detects abnormal activity from your IP. Please enter the captcha to unblock it."

I tried to enter captcha many times, but it keeps refreshing and having me type a new one in every time.

Im very impressed by the staff from…

Im very impressed by the staff from parcel up. It's very difficult to buy things from out of my country if I can't read or speak the language. Not only did I get my items safe and tracked, but the staff kept up great communication to my needs. I was worried for a bit trying out buying from toaboa and using a proxy but everything went smoothly. They sent my directions to via email, sent my package fast with FedEx and kept me up to date with any changes. Im definitely using your services in the future. They did well, no complaints

They were quick and provided detailed updates. They double checked with me that I still wanted to buy something that could have had problems which would not be their fault. They're a relay agency that enables trade that otherwise be difficult or impossible. I needed the item for my professional education. They did a great job packing and well, at everything. Really good communication!!

Parcel up gave me consistent updates on my package, and showed photos of the product before even paying for shipping. However, when choosing shipping carriers, I wasn't able to see the prices until the pay screen, so I ended up paying way more than I thought I would.
