This service has been very helpful in many ways in terms of being a proxy. From inquiries of multitude of questions to the handling of the package and shipping.

System was very smooth. Felt well informed with the whole process good pics when product arrived. Tracking didn’t work on the website unfortunately but worked on universal tracking so not too big of a deal.

Very disappointing.
Almost everything I ordered got cancelled very quickly. The items were still up on the website when I added them to the order and now everything is ruined because the website doesn't update when an item becomes out of stock. Maybe it isn't the website's fault, but this is just coming from what I've seen. This happened twice by the way. I'm very very frustrated and will probably not continue to use this site after this order, unless something changes.

Too expensive and I get charged double if I wanted to buy somewhere else. Parcelup is just a messed up website to be honest. I had to literally wait for the 3 months and say “unknown reason” that’s kind of bullshit if you ask me. Would not recommend this website either and don’t even bother responding stupid website.

Thank you for your feedback! All the prices are stated on our website, so you can estimate your order total before placing it and decide whether it is expensive or not. This should be done prior to placing your order and not when you need to make the payment for shipping. Additionally, for some unknown reason, you waited 3 months to pay for shipping and then requested a cancellation. On very rare occasions, the seller would accept a return after 3 months from the purchase date. Then, again you waited another month to make payment for shipping. We arranged for you not to incur an additional shipping fee, as closer to new US tariffs, the shipping options became limited. Furthermore, for your information, you are not charged double; there are always two payments required for each order, as noted in the process described on each order page. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for using our service.
