Too expensive for what they do, and they do it too slowly.
Unwilling to be helpful if you need assistance with your order. (I mistakenly ordered a digital transcript instead of a physical one, realized it quickly, but wasn't able to get refund and just had to reorder. The 'digital transcript' is surprisingly expensive — part of how I missed it.)
Feels like a scam, but I guess is just a company taking advantage of the system.

I ordered my high school transcripts, all I got was 1 report card from high school, a report card from middle school and a report card from elementary school. There was no record of my graduation date or anything else that's important.

I would give it 0 stars if i could- Ordered my transcript and never received any contact on it being put on hold. I just happen to find that out myself when looking for an update. Was told it was processing order only to find out AGAIN after looking for an update "order was cancelled due to them being able to find me in the system". Called them to get more information and was told "I could order another one, but I'll have to pay for it again". It should take 5 to 7 business days to get refunded. JOKE.... COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!!!

Absolute thrives and crooks! I ordered a transcript a month ago! My order confirmation said “electronic delivery” which made me believe I was as getting a pdf, oh no no I got a link to download my transcript which Expires! What a stupid policy! Send clients a pdf! Stop stealing their money!

I am a Bahamian student at BTVI in the Bahamas, I don't know why this institution uses parchment because parchment is horrible, I was trying make an order for an enrollment letter, the website was taking so long to load, I had to redo the process over again, BTVI has it's own payment portal on their main website it doesn't make any sense whatsoever to use two different payment portals to order a document

Ordered transcript thinking I would receive it in the mail after searching through my emails I discovered it was sent over a month ago. Once I attempted to download it said that my download period has expired and will need to purchase again if I desire the download I already paid for. I recommend everyone be cautious on using the services and be diligent on checking when your downloads are available to avoid confusion.

Paid for the service. The company decided they would choose the wrong highschool for my transcripts then told me I'd have to pay again for their error.

I use this website for my transcrip and it was simply HORRIBLE. My transcrip got shipped 2 days after i purchased it which wasnt so bad but they said it would take a week to come but its 2 weeks now. I even called and they told me todays the 5th day when the email they send me said my transcript was shipped 8 DAYS ago make it make sense and now i have to loose this semester all because of this. Worse part—to receive it fast you have to pay 39 dollars and it STILL doesnt come fast cause my friend chose that option. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STAR I WOULD.

Shitty company, Never had a good experience and the owners a loser.
Unauthorized charge
I ordered a transcript almost a month ago. Well, on Friday, I got a charge for $10 for Scribbles (which is ran through them) that I did not authorize. I tried calling the number provided and was just put through a loop for their customer service and then asked to provide a call back number. It is near impossible to get in touch with them. I'm currently disputing the charge on my card due to not hearing back from anyone. This service is a joke.
Edit: I left my number and NEVER received a call back. The charge got refunded on my card so thank God for Capital One taking care of it. I really do not understand why this is the service that we have to use for requesting college transcripts.

I will report this company to the BBB. It scammed me out of $27 and the "live agent" is actually a bot. There is no customer service line. A person gets transferred from Bot to Bot. I would not even recommend a DOG to use this company. It is 100%$ a true crime that this company exists.
Parchment needs to be shutdown
So they really just stole $18 from me. I went to place an order for a copy of my diploma. Once the order was placed, nothing happened. I was given no order number or email confirmation. I did get the notification that the $18 was taken out of my account. I am on hold with the 888-906-4031 number as I type this. I have been on hold for over an hour and have yet to talk to a person. This company needs to be shut down. There is absolutely no reason or excuse for this level of customer disrespect
