Great website for parking reservation

Buonaparte parking using the parclick.com was an excellent choice. We stayed in Milan from 25-28 July. Our hotel was a 3 minute walk that’s why we choose this parking. €39/ day was a fair price, I guess. The staff was very accomodating, we have the unlimited pass since we went to Pavia on one of those day were in Milan. The space slot was a bit tight, your parking skill will be challenge. Overall, we recommend this. Easy and using parclick for reserving your slots will ease the stress of finding available parking in city center of Milan.

Service not provided

When I arrived to parking there no free spaces in designated parking spots. So you confirmed space, but did not provide service! Only thanks to hotel staff i was ble to park on their spot. Sonit was total failure from your side.

Thanks for nothing! There's no camera at the parking garage to scan the license plate. I didn't get a QR code. So I took a ticket and paid an additional €29. Thanks!!!

I recomend.


Everything was great with the parking facility. The only suggestion I have is to improve the English language skills of the operators on the help call line, as communication was a bit difficult. Other than that, everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied.

Works fine but not with international license plates

Parclick worked fine for the booking but the garage used in Barcelona cannot deal with non-Spanish license plates. My license plate does, for example, not have 4 digits. As a result I had to connect with customer service both on entry as well as exit which took quite some time either way. That reduced the convenience of pre-booking via Parclick

I reserved a spot for parking in San…

I reserved a spot for parking in San Sebastián. When I arrived, the gate did not open and I had to buy a ticket. There was no possibility to go to any desk, so I had to pay the ticket. A paid twice fore the same parking spot.

Tehere was nobody in the

Tehere was nobody in the, parking offic, a had to wait to come somebody tehere, and when se has arrived, I was had to relize she can’t speak english, so in the end i was had to pay my parking twice
I will never use the app again.

I couldn’t use my reservation…

My reservation with Parclick didn’t work – the lockers in the parking garage didn’t open. I had to buy a ticket and ended up paying twice for parking. Then I contacted Parclick customer service by email. It was very easy, and I got a refund for the ticket. Perfect service. Thank you very much to the service team!

Near perfect parking opportunity downtown Barcelona

Great, spacious, safe parking space, ideal with bigger car (e.g. van). Booked in advance. Camera recognition did not work and I got an extra ticket. Friendly staff over the intercom activated my original booking - the only minor problem being translation difficulties. English worked alright. Would definitely use again.
