The website has a large panel of choice,the item are not to pricey and the delivery is free. Just if you preorder you have to bed very patient, you will not receive updates as long as the item is not yet in they're stock, it can be long but you can always mails them and they will respond quickly.

Pardo's Shop the best go to merch Store in EU for Hi3rd. The shipping time is very fast. The packages never had severe damage, the cards behind the acrylic standee's are sometimes lightly bent but nothing serious. All in all very happy that EU has a reliable Hi3rd merch Store. My statue arrived with only a small Problem that was resolved really quicky even during the holiday period.

Long wait time for shipping. I still have not received the items I purchased( ordered ) 12/2. Based on the shipping updates I’m still not sure when I will receive them.

Shipped to the Netherlands within 2 weeks which was a lot faster than I expected. Had some small issues with my address, but thanks to Pardo's Shop's customer service it was resolved very quickly. Thanks guys, will order again!

The Elysia figure arrived perfectly, with the box even wrapped fully in bubble wrap. The figure actually shipped out earlier then what the expected time frame was. It was a great experience and I'd happily buy from here again.

Great experience overall. The package was delivered in around 2 weeks at my regular post office, so no issues in picking it up. Was a bit confused on how to track my order, but figured it out after searching a bit on the website. Goods are packed nicely, so nothing to complain about. And I already ordered again, waiting for my New year gifts to arrive. Thanks Pardo Shop for great prices and the ability to deliver to Russia, it's a rarity these days!
