Merch arrived safely in a reasonable time. The package they came in was a bit dent on one side which worried me but the merch and their individual packages were fine.

I think the dented box was on account of the shipper and not something that happens on the regular, so I'll give this store five stars in good faith.

Delivery was quite quick, not having to deal with customs and variable shipping prices a good service, even if the cost is obviously baked into the prices it just makes things easier.

Everything was packaged well and received it rather quickly.definently recommend buying from here again and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

It is so good to have a company that makes it easier to obtain collectables from Japan and China easily in the west.
Products are authentic and at the retailed price usually sold at in their origin countries.

One of the few where you can get merch for some games without having to try to navigate a chinese website. I also don't have any complaints about customer service either, my experience was great!

The whole process was simple and straight forward , the shipping and delivery was fast(despite the delay) while at affordable price. Overall really satisfied and will be buying again.

Another well packaged shipment and it even included some small amazing extras related to the product and as advertised no EU customs.

The box it came was really beaten up but the figure was wrapped in bubble wrap so it was fine. The figure also arrived after a month or so andhad additional fee on delivery which is weird since this shop is EU based from my understanding

Not the first time I ordered from Pardos and as usual they did a great job in the packaging. My bag arrived very fast and without any issues. I'm super satisfied with them and I intend to keep buying from them! Also they're always super fast and responsive if there's any question.

The shipping was fast and the product was good, though i would have liked if there would have been a estimated time for the delivery when i bought it.

Although had some quirks with Customs tax, it was resolved. Otherwise a great shop.

I was a bit nervous at first because it’s a relatively new and small shop with not a lot of people that have brought/ shared about it. But after my first purchase I can definitely say that it’s a legit shop. Everything is licensed, the chat/support function works well and is very helpful with issues and though shipping takes a bit, they keep you updated with the process, not to mention that you don’t need to deal with Zoll thanks to them. In all, I can definitely recommend them!
