I ordered sunnies back in June, followed up a couple weeks later after reading alarming comments on their insta page. Since then I have followed up probably 10-15 times with various excuses about why they haven’t been sent.. today I gave up and threatened to go to the ACCC if I wasn’t refunded. Apparently a refund has now been processed but I’ll wait and see! Such a poor experience when I was looking forward to my new sunnies 😔
Same experience as all others, ordered back in March & still not delivered- all I want is a refund yet keep getting various excuses. The only 5 star review appears to by from one of the company directors! Poor form Samantha & Ed
Agreed with the most recent comments. I purchased a pair of sunglasses back in February which they advised was out of stock and would be restocking in March. When I followed up they said it was still out of stock and would be arriving in May. I then requested a refund and now 4 months later and after 6 requests I am still yet to receive my refund after being told 'it was on the way' numerous times. Reasons for delay include system issues, team changes and now the most recent reason is that they're migrating websites.
Something is definitely wrong at Pared eyewear. I would highly recommend you DO NOT purchase from them as it appears they've likely got financial issues
Purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses in March 2025 and never received them or any adequate response to rectify. Beware - something is going on with Pared and they now just take your money and do not send product!!!
Terrible ! Purchased an item through online store 10 days ago, am yet to receive my product and zero communication from the store . Commented on their social channel after 5 attempts to contact them via email and through their website chat box and no luck , and another customer wrote to me and told me they have had a similar experience accept they have been waiting 3 weeks. Absolute robbery of my money , I am now disputing the charge with my bank and am reporting to consumer affairs Queensland.
