They are the worst company I ever dealt …

They are the worst company I ever dealt with, unreachable...can't email them they have no toll free because they are in China. Can't figure why the government of Canada is allowing these scammers online to be taken in, especially the elderly. I have tried over and over again to reach them impossible. Thank you,
Dolores Faubert

Wide Choice, fast service

I've used this company 3 times over the last 5 years and my partner has bought 2 pairs of spectacles in the last 2 years. All delivered as ordered with a free case and in the time specified. More than happy to recommend them

Avoid

Ordered glasses only to be told not in stock. Chose alternative. Then --nothing for weeks! No reply to emails and this company does not have a telephone number (Why would any reputable company have no contact details?). Eventually had to get google checkout on case which prompted an e-mail from glassescrafter that claimed glasses were already on way. No glasses ever arrived. Eventually google checkout paid refund.

Lesson is to use google checkout and NEVER use glassescrafter.

unacceptable experience

Ordered 2 pairs of varifocals last Sept 2010 and paid £135 - still waiting for glasses and they still have not refunded my money. At my wits end, now they say they want £135 for one pair. Where do they get there info from. One pair costs £28 plus £30 for varifocals!! Just want my money back. Such a bad experience!
