I'm studying for my level 3 Early Years Educator. Parenta has provided a brilliant platform for me to further my knowledge. Every topic covered so far has enabled me to make connections between what I've learnt and how it relates to my setting. The live learning sessions not only give you access to a trainer who is able to answer questions there and then,but you get to meet other people and share thoughts and ideas. My tutor and the training staff that I have met so far are approachable and supportive. The apprenticeship so far has improved my confidence and I am looking forward to gaining more knowledge and being able to apply it within my setting.

As a new nursery we have tried multiple apprentice providers and local colleges, none shone through and didn't appear to look after the wellbeing of my apprentices. Parenta from the get go have been amazing.

My apprentices assessors Charlotte and Gill have been brilliant and Jesse has been super helpful over the phone in booking inductions.

I myself used Parenta 8 years ago to complete my level 2 and 3, i am now a manager and can vouch that their standards have not slipped.

Parenta understand the difficulties early years are facing and no challenge is too great. Really really appreciate the support from Parenta towards my apprentices and all my apprentices are having a positive learning experience and enjoying their courses. Would recommend to anybody.

I had Clare as a tutor during the last few months of my course with parenta and I have just received my level 3 in childcare with a high marks. 2022 was a rough year for me in my personal life, which, substantially affected my coursework, but I couldn’t be more grateful to have such an understanding and patient tutor to work with! Thank you!

We have been working with Parenta for many years and would recommend them to other nurseries wanting apprentices to achieve their qualifications. We did go through a patch when Parenta had some issues with a couple of tutors, but this was soon cleared up, and we now work with a conscientious tutor who is in constant contact with her students and with the nursery management. She works hard and goes out of her way to help our staff to ensure they reach their targets.

Amazing software and training provider with all round early years help, they understand the industry and have been nothing but helpful throughout my time with them. even if i needed help with anything they don't provide they have been able to point me in the right direction. nothing but praise for the customer service who have always been amazing and helped straight away really cant fault them at all

I was with Parenta to complete my level 3 childcare qualification. the tutor I started off with was very rude, she didn't reply to emails when asking for help, she would constantly send my assignments back asking me to add information that was already there meaning they had not been read through thoroughly.

I had, overall, 4 different tutors which was a nightmare as it meant I had to catch each one up on where I was on the course.

They took way too long to reply when needing support. when I finally finished my course, they emailed and asked for information that I had given at the start of the course, which turned out my first tutor had lost everything and me and my manager had to redo it all. I ended up actually qualifying a year after finishing due to tutors not knowing what was going on.

a lot of the girls in my nursery were on the same course and would 100% agree. I would not recommend Parenta to anyone.

Great communication for the whole journey - initial interest, setting up learners and how learners are progressing.
There is never a problem contacting someone for support, and the tutors are proactive in monitoring how apprentices are doing on the job.

My company has been working with Parenta for a long time and they have always gone above and beyond to help our practitioners to achieve their qualification.
Their tutor are very professional and always available to support the students through extra sessions and meetings.

I have been using Parenta as my training company of choice consistently for over 10years now, before, during and after Covid. With my newest apprentice having been signed up this July. As an employer I feel I can ask any question and I am very quiickly sign posted to one of their always friendly team members for my queries to be dealt with, and without delay :-)

They are a very professional company but also extremely friendly and approachable, ( thank you Lorraine, Billy and Emily) and since signing up my very recent aprentice have found that their service and support toward us employers, let alone our employees just seems to be getting better and better, Parentsa continues to grow in my estimations, thank you so much for everything :-)

I have been liaising with Lee Rundle from Parenta for over a year now.
I must say she is always very pleasant, supporting and very helpful.

Great company to deal with. High level of support for learners and employers. They offer so many things, it's great that everything is managed in one place.
