Delivery (to Germany) was super quick, very well packed and they even included 2 samples (perfume sprays) and 1 sample card. Great shop, can definitely recommend!

After hearing about a particular fragrance and liking the sound of the notes, I purchased this fragrance from their website. The bottle image and description matched the fragrance I intended to buy, and in my haste I didn’t realise the product name was different.
I patiently waited for my fragrance to arrive, only to discover with great disappointment, it didn’t smell how I expected it to! After which I discovered they’d sent the wrong perfume!
It was only after contacting them did I realise their website is wrong and after contacting them, they’re trying to shift the blame onto me & avoid taking any responsibility. Avoid.

I ordered a gift 3 weeks before Xmas - to Sweden. Something went wrong with DHL, no delivery. Repeated contact with ParfuMaria finally resulted in a refund somewhere in January. Then, end of February, the package arrived after all. I informed PM, and they requested immediate and full payment. Even blamed me for accepting the sending. No apologies, just lashing out because I dared to request some compensation. In the end, they offered 10% off, and 5% on the next sale - which obviously never will happen. Worst customer experience ever, and response completely in line with other negative comments on TP. These people seem to only care about themselves, being a customer here is at your own risk.

I buy full bottle fregrance and couldnt use my voucher code for samples.. Bad service..

After searching for a fragrance that was sold out everywhere, i came across parfumaria. At 1st i was a little nervous spending a bit more on a niche fragrance than what i am used to, especially as i had not heard of them before and it was from outside the UK.
I needn't have worried, from start to finish the ordering process, updates and friendly prompt personable emailed responses reassured me.
Thankyou for my surprise samples and lovely note attached. i will be ordering from you again and recommending you to friends.

Only thing I'd say is I wish it was a bit cheaper, but I bought it here because it was the cheapest place I could find, afterall. Well, don't spend it all on space cake, my dutch friends.

It is such a great experience to shopped in ParfuMaria. If you plan to go to the Netherlands, I highly recommend to visit this store. But you have to make an appointment at least 2 weeks, before the visit. To reach the store, takes about 45 minute - 1 hour from downtown. It took quite an effort for me to reach them. But it's all worth it. I can find most of what i'm looking for, here. They have vast collection of niche perfume, so probably you can find what you need in this store. If you have the chance to visit them, you'll find the perfume from top to bottom. Their place are packed with perfume, on the counter, shelves even on the floor. If you're a perfume enthusiast, you'll be like a kid in a candy store. I'll definitely visit them next time I go to Netherlands.

Maria and her staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very attentive to what you need and will make sure that everything is well taken care of. I have corresponded with them through e-mail several times, and they always answered promptly. If you have the time, I would suggest you to visit the store. But if you don't have the time, you can always order from their website and they will send it to you right away. I highly recommend ParfuMaria for your perfume need.
