They have sent me the wrong product I ordered the bare minerals loose powder foundation and they have sent me a mascara I have emailed to try and get some answers on a return and refund and tried their website online chat and I am getting no where including responses to my email in German all very unhelpful. I will have to take the loss on this as can't spend any more time going round in circles. Avoid avoid avoid.

Great fragrance discounter
Great, bought SWY Parfum off here and it smelt brilliant, shipping was on time and it wasn’t fake. I love how you get 2 free samples with it aswell, it makes it even better. The prices are brilliant too all the fragrances have great discounts, i reckon this is better than Notino and maybe one of the best fragrance discounters, might even be the best one tbf.

Third time compact has arrived smashed on arrival, due to insufficient packaging.
Parfumdreams needs to act on reports from their clients, and ensure that products go out correctly packaged. I have reported this issue directly to the Customer Service department three times now over the past months!!

Cancelled order without any information
Only after reaching out did they explain that delivery point wasn't available for delivery for them. But I selected it via their website. They didn't communicate how they will avoid this issue in the future.
Needed sunscreen for a trip. I guess I'll just have to buy it elsewhere.
