Unfulfilled order and no refund
I ordered an item on 25/3/26. The app showed it was being prepared for dispatch. I chased on 15/4/26 - told still being processed. By 21/4/26 I asked for a refund. This was agreed and expected in 7 working days. 8 working days later chased to be told they had never taken payment. I have evidence on credit card statement. Still trying to get refund. Shopped with them many times but won’t buy again.

Ordered Joico conditioner, and was sent shampoo. Getting in touch with someone to tell them about the error wasn't straightforward. I was refunded which was fine. I reordered the conditioner and was sent shampoo AGAIN. I won’t be using the company again.

Avoid using this site I placed a order for a birthday present and the package got delivered in a random bin over a month ago and there’s no communication atall there phone number is a robot asking you to leave a message which has been done for the last few weeks and they’ve apparently opened a investigation but when I asked evri they have no recollection of this and told me they should open a investigation to get this resolved but it seems they cannot be bothered iv also been asked to use there contact form which doesn’t exist anymore which im sure they already know please shop else where if you want your items delivered safely or save your money I hope to hear back from them soon but I’m not hopeful

EXTREME WARNING! AVOID THIS SHABBY COMPANY
Hopeless customer service.
If you have a problem with your delivery, God help you. Their Chatbot seems like it was set up by a four-year-old. Complaints to their email address produce acknowledgments and apologies, but NO results or resolutions. What a disappointment.
UPDATE 20 APRIL 2026:
After numerous emails between their Customer Service department, and even after sending them photos of the clearly tampered-with box I received, they have refused to take responsibility.
EXTREME WARNING......despite having a misleading 'Parfumdreams.uk' address, they are registered abroad, therefore you cannot get any redress from the courts here in the UK.
Buy from a proper UK-registered company - don't buy anything from them.
UPDATE 22 April 2026.
I took the step of finding one of the company bosses' email addresses in Germany and wrote to them. Thankfully, it was finally dealt with satisfactorily.
My advice is this:
If you buy from Parfumdreams, you must use a credit card in case something goes wrong (not a debit card), then you will have Section 75 protection. If you also use your credit card through PayPal, you have that extra protection as well.
In summary, no customer should be put through hell to get a refund they are entitled to. So please, Parfumdreams, sort yourselves out, or you'll lose your customers.
