I placed and payed a simple order
I placed and payed a simple order. After some days, a mail warned me that some products where taking longer than expected to be ordered, asking me to wait 5/7 days. After 20 days, the order is still in waiting. Last mail a couple of days ago told me taht just one product was still missing and they expected it in a few days. Today i called on the phone and they told me taht the product will not be available until July (+40 days).
If you can't sell products in a reasonable time, just don't put them in catalog or, at least, be clear about the date they will become available.
I had to cancel the order, because removing the single item would have bring the total under 40€ and they would therefore add the shipment costs so it was not possibile to remove the item. A "Sorry for the 20 days of waiting inconvenience, we won't add the shipment expenses" would have been appreciated.

Not disappointed!
To be honest at the beginning I was kinda scared because I read a few negative reviews (on here), but I decided to give it a try nonetheless, since they are the only European carrier of the full size of Sol De Janeiro's products. I was not disappointed. Everything arrived on time, I was also able to save 10% with a coupon and also got two free samples. I will definitely buy from them again when I'll be out of these two products!
