Everything went well, the delivery was fast and I had no problems with ordering. I chose to order from here because the product I wanted was heavily discounted which I think is great. The package arrived well, nothing was wrong with it, but I would suggest to maybe have couple of papers to make sure that nothing breaks during the shipping.

great! i ordered a bottle of perfume, which was delivered to my neighbour as i was not home. my neighbour most likely stole my package. after reporting this, perfumedreams refunded me my money, and i ordered a new bottle, which this time arrived. recommend!

The delivery was fast, but the products in the packages were not protected. Because of that one bottle with shampoo was broken, there was a leakage, luckily not that much, but the other products were all covered with shampoo and sticky.

This is the third time when I share my review reg ticket nr 57681721 | ID-13433063. Not even after one year I haven't received the refund for the returned items, despite the exchange of emails with Parfumdreams customer service, promising and overpromising to investigate and to resolve the problem .
This company is a disgrace!
How is it possible to still exist on the Dutch market ???
So many customers have complained about the refunds . They never send you the money back and they make up all kinds of excuses and explanations why not to do it .. until you loose your patience and give up !

Good prices and speedy delivery

I ordered the product yesterday and today it was delivered. Very fast and no problems with delivery or package.

I have been waiting since September 2024, and to this day, i still have not received my product or a refund. I paid €31 and even received an invoice for €19, which makes absolutely no sense. I have sent multiple emails and made phone calls, during which I was told I would receive an email, but this never happened. This company is completely unreliable. Do not order here, and do not trust them!

I ordered two products from this website, but after making the payment, I did not receive any email or verification confirming my order. I chatted with the website's bot, which informed me that if I didn't receive an email, the order was not processed and the money would be refunded. The bot advised me to reorder, which I did. However, an hour later, I received an email confirming the first order.

I contacted the site to cancel one of the orders, but they informed me that it was already processed and advised me to return one of the products. I returned the product and was told I would receive my refund within two weeks of them receiving the returned package. Despite tracking the package and confirming its arrival, I still have not received my refund after more than 3 weeks.

I have sent more than ten emails regarding this simple refund, but I still haven't been paid back. I do not recommend this site to anyone.

Be careful, they canceled my purchase and never gave me the money back.

I think there was a mistake.
I'm very happy with parfumdreams most of the time but this time they forgot my free sample. I'm a bit disappointed :(

They send the wrong product, didn’t reimburse me, and hard to get in touch with them.
Refrain from buying here at all costs!
I send the product back and now I’m left with no product at all and I lost my money.

I recieved a wrong product (paid for parfum 55 euros and got a body mist thta honestly is 15 eur max, but also it is NOT my order). Helpline on the phone does not pick up at all, and the complain form can not even be sent from their site because it does not allow to proceed. It is just horrible - avoid the company at all costs.

I have only good impressions from shopping on this site.
Recently I made 2 orders and both arrived in full.
The prices are pleasant, the choice of perfumes is large, the delivery is fast, despite the pre-holiday days.
So it works as it should!

Delivery and product were great. I
Was not able to change the address myself through the company but I could in the end through my postal service anyway, so that worked out really well. Customer service was very friendly and professional after I wrote asking a question. The parcel took several days for tracking status to appear even after posting, which is not really common these days, but all worked out fine in the end.
