THEY DO NOT REFUND RETURNED PRODUCTS. LOOK AT THE MANY OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS ABOUT NO REFUNDS!
I placed an order in late November and returned the order to PostNL on 3 December 2024 and received a Track & trace-code. I sent a scan of the Retourbon by email and also called customer service several times. However, customer service still claims they did not receive the return shipment even though PostNL confirms it was delivered on 7 December. How can customer service claim not to have received a shipment that PostNL states was delivered to ParfumDreams?

I have never had such an extremely poor and unprofessional experience with returning a product to a company in the Netherlands. I have to agree with the many other 1 star reviews here that customer service is very bad and unprofessional with regard to refunds for returned products.

Received the order in full in four days. Very satisfied with the products and prices.

I send a message at costumer service about my order and they replied me the next day. My order came at Netherlands after 2 days. The delivery and the service are perfect and has low prices. Everything was original, I will buy again!

I'm having a truly frustrating experience with Parfumsdreams that I feel compelled to share. After sending back my purchase, something went wrong with the return delivery. I provided them with my PostNL receipt as proof of return, but despite this, I have been left waiting for weeks without any sign of my refund.
Each time I reached out for an update, I was met with vague responses and excuses about needing to "figure things out." It felt Their communication was slow and unhelpful, leaving me feeling completely ignored and frustrated.

This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. If you’re considering shopping at Parfumsdreams, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Since November 11th 2023, i.e. over one year (!), I am waiting for a refund by Parfumdreams.nl. My account was charged whilst an order was not generated. Automatic refund within maximum two weeks was said to take place. Some 50 e-mails and one year later the latest answer dated October 27th 2024 of their customer service is: We have noticed that we have received several duplicate emails from you regarding the same issue. To ensure that we can assist you as efficiently as possible and to avoid any confusion or delays, we kindly ask that you continue to follow up your case via the original email thread. By keeping all communications in one thread, we can maintain a clear overview of your case and serve you faster and more accurately.
Parfumdreams.nl take action, please!

Arrived fast, secure and good quality, very good price.

For me personally it was a good experience.
I was kinda scared because there are as many bad experiences as there are good but I decided to trust and the shipment was super fast and for a good price.

I had issues with my login and was unable to order. I sent a help request and was surprised by the speed of service . And the product came very soon after I was able to place order . Great experience.

Good prices, real parfum plus got some simples. Quickly delivered. Highly recommend!

I returned my order on September 30th, it’s now 1.5 months later and they still haven’t refunded me. The package has been delivered according to the track and trace. I contacted customer service multiple times, but nothing changes. Please fix. Order number: 150512899

I ordered La mer face cream (140euro) for my mothers birthday but instead they sent me a perfume (20 euro). I still have not been refunded or sent the correct order.
Helpline personal are rude unhelpful and useless as they cant help or do anything. I asked what should I do what are the next steps I want a refund or the correct order. They told me they didnt know.... I have emailed them sending photos they requested still cure.
Save yourself the time, frustration, money and order any other place!

I ordered 2 items and paid 230+ euros for my order (#150772413), while received an email confirmation that I ordered 1 item for 115 euros only. No refund has been issued automatically, so I called the helpline. The person on the helpline does not know anything and said that I will receive a call back. No one called back so far. Therefore I find the service terrible, customer support does not exist.

It is almost 3 weeks since I placed my order of 80 euros. I have tried to contact them to follow up on my order or receive a refund, but I'm either getting automatic responses or no response at all. Horrible customer service. I hope I will be able to get my money back...

I tried to return a gift I received from this store. I sent the package back and after more than 1 month I still do not have the money back. They do not reply to emails. They basically stole us, keeping the money and the perfume. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
