I didn't get a confirmation email, and when I left a form, they said they couldn't find an order. I had to screenshot my payment, hopefully I will get my money refunded. They got back to me within 2 days so that was fast enough, however I'm worried. What I ordered is still on the website as in stock. Iffy company, don't order here.

I sent my order back on September 12 because it was used, but I still haven’t received a refund. They don’t respond to emails, and it’s impossible to reach them by phone. I will report this to the police because I see that others are having the same issue. This site is lying and stealing from people.

And I paid 46.30 euros (for 2 products), but it is shown on website as if I ordered only 1 product (29,29 euros) on your website.
ON webpage says that the order is split, but only one product is shown on the purchase history.

I am claiming to customer service. I sent a mail many times, but no answer. i tried to call many times, but nobody caught the rings.

I feel uncomfortable, so I asked to cancel the order and asked cash back, but no answer.
This is SCAM!!!!!
Be careful every one! If you don't want to waist time and money, stay away from here.

Just what I expected

Ordered with Parfumdreams back in the beginning of August, because of late delivery, I wanted to ship the items back to them for a refund. On the 14th of August my order arrived at Parfumdreams, but the refund never came. After an insane amounts of calls, promises and emails, still no refund came. I am forced to contact law enforcement at this point, as it has costed me hours and hours of my time to get my money back, which is just not viable to continue to pursue. I was a bit concerned about ordering from this company due to the negative reviews. My order arrived reasonably on time, in perfect condition.

I guess one star is too many.
I've ordered 3 items two weeks ago, received an invoice for only one plus shipping costs (originally there shouldn't be these costs). Contacted through contact form 2 time and one time sent a letter . Didn't try to call but as I see from reviews above , it doesn't matter. No answers, no any items at all no any refund.

I bought two perfumes at the end of the July, which I have never received since then. I contacted the company, they started investigation but no any news yet and our latest reminders have not been replied. I contacted also parcel delivery company, they have not received any investigation request so far.

They are so bad at service. They never pickup the helpline call. I have returned my goods since 16days now, it is stuck with postnl. I have contacted postnl, they said perfumdreams has to contact them in this case. I have also sent couple of emails still no response for help. I have ordered really expensive perfume and now it is just stuck.

I am extremely shocked by this company and its employees/management. Ordered 1 product almost 2 months ago for which the payment was debited from my account meanwhilst no order confirmation received. When i asked for the order to be sent after sending the proof of payment or a refund, never heard back except for the fact that its busy. How is it busy to revert the payment when the order was never processed or sent. I have written continuously and called, spoken to Qasim, Nada and nothing. This is legally fradulent and the fact that they are witholding someone's money without making any effort to transfer this back not only disgusts me but I wonder how they can legally conduct business in any country. Hi i just received the confirmation email but after that heard nothing anymore.
Customer service seems pretty useless if there is actually no one behind it.
ikd how to get in contact and I’m not receiving any update either.

Order at this shop and loose your money!
I ordered some products and got confirmation about them. After one week still nothing arrived.
I asked the consumer service by telephone because the 2 emails i had sent were never answered. They say that the money has not arrived?? So i sent them my bank invoice to proof.
About two weeks now, no answer no moneyback and no goods.

This is an update about my experience.
After one month lot of email trafic telephone calls and bad reviews, parfumdreams refunded the money.

I have bought two items on their website. Where to start with this terrible company. I payed for the product and I got a track and trade code really fast, but then everything went downhill. My package has been lost in a depot of GLS. That can happen to the best company, but then the company needs to their part to make sure you receive the package. But they didn’t! I needed to contact GLS about it. They said no you need to contact the company. Alright I contacted the company, but they sent me a link to contact GLS again. They again said I needed to contact the company. The company said they would take care of it within 5 business days. After that I would receive a refund. But that didn’t happend. So I called again about it and then they said it was a bit busy at the department. Alright but then after again a week I called them. They told me she would again send it to the financial department. That didn’t happen, so after a couple of days a called again. Then somebody said they would make it urgent, but again nothing happend from their side. Then I called again and they just simple said. That they cannot do anything anymore. And this was a week ago. So in total I have send about 8 emails and called about 10 times. Just for a conclusion the customer service really sucks and they are pretty useless. They make a lot of promises, but don’t do anything.
