Seems impossible to get the refund for a new and unopened product
Have returned the order 113923419 in new and unopened condition more than 20 days ago, and the store has received it more than two weeks ago. But I haven't got any information about the refund so far. I have been an online shopping enthusiast, but this is my first time experiencing so long (might be longer) refund process. Contacted customer service several times but nothing happened. Worst shopping experience EVER!!!

I ordered one million lucky edt (FAKE)
I ordered one million lucky edt.
It was a fake one with brown glass when it should be clear. The glass had many dents on the glass. The frontside did not sit tight and it did not smell as the one million lucky I tested in the store.
Don’t buy from here there is better sites. Trust me once the company does this once they have done this before too,trust me. I hade already send this package back and I got my money back because it was fake!

Ombre Rose
I ordered a bottle of Jean-Charles Brosseau Ombre Rose on 25/11/2020 I realised it was a bit close before Christmas but didn't mind if it was delivered late. I called their support twice and was reassured it would come. On my 2nd call the person on the other end didn't even bother to find out what I had ordered. Yesterday on 20/2/2021 I received a message saying they're unable to deliver. 2 bloody months after I ordered! This company is a joke.
