Most horrible company I've never seen. The product came already opened but they don't allowed you to return it due hygienic issues (they can't guarantee that you as a costumer didn't open an already opened product).
Also the attendant was pretty rude.
Plus the products are super overpriced. Try other stores with better returning policies.

Beställde en Estee Lauder Pleasure Intenset edp 2019 och Oscar de la Renta Live in Love edp 2020 . Parfymer jag haft i åratal. Ingen av dom luktade någonting. Pleasure var värd att skicka tillbaka trots att adressen är i England men inte Live in Love om man inte garanterar att jag får frakten tillbaka. Vilket jag inte fick första gången. Servicen är det inget fel på men om parfymer ändrar karaktär kanske man ska informera om det eller sluta sälja dom helt för att inte lura kunder. 2:an är bara för snabba svar på mailen och att dom har Klarna. 0 för produkterna.
