As it says on our website, Standardleverans takes 10 working days and DPD takes 7 days.
You placed your order on a Friday evening at 19.38 and we sent your order on a Monday morning, standardleverans which you chose.
We have not had any mails from you asking us about your order so we find it difficult to help you if you have a problem, but won’t let us know about it. If you still want us to explain to you why your order has not yet arrived then please contacts us via info@parfym-klick.se where I will be able to explain to you in detail why Standardleverans takes longer and why you cannot have your products in 5 days (which we have never promised).
