The car was not collected and we waited an hour before having to leave it with the keys. 5 days later it was collected.
When we arrived back the car was not there and we waited two hours before in the end getting a taxi to collect it.
Do not use. Take this as a warning. We used park 24/7 meet and greet Stansted for our recent travels and will never use them again.
When the car was returned it had 100 miles extra on the clock which obviously was evident with the petrol used, there were 2 used cigarette packets in the car, one in the back and one in the glove compartment, the car smelt of smoke too.
I emailed and callee the company for an explanation and received no response.
Not a happy customer as you can imagine.
Do not use this company!
Our car was left in the Stansted car park for a number days after drop-off. They tailgated another car leaving the car park as such we have been issued a parking charge. They returned the car very early before we had landed so additional parking charges were incurred. And, they left the keys on the wheel with no attendants.
They will ignore you
Returned to our car after a 4 day break the attendant was no where to be seen so we called the office and was informed he had left the car keys on the front wheel . When opening the car it was filthy with building waste in the boot , seat configuration and radio station changed and a charger left plugged in . Clear evidence it had been used while we were away . We called the office to to report this and a very unsurprised and un interested man told us to email the complaint with photos . Avoid this company .
Used park 24/7 meet & greet Stanstead. Park247.co.uk is official website. Whilst I was on leave, my car was used by one of their operatives to tailgate another car into a car park, thus resulting in parking fine being issued to me by Stanstead Airport. Their complaints department advises to send in emails, which are subsequently ignored. Please do yourselves a huge favour and stay well clear of these cowboys. Not worth it.
