Misleading pricing

Big signs at Kent St, Liverpool clearly state that parking costs £8 all day. But If you pay by scanning the QR code you get charged £10. There is nothing to tell you this on the price signs.

False and misleading company

I have parked my car in their location at Kent Street L1, the car park charge is displayed in no less than 3 signage locations for £6 all day, they also have a QR code you scan on your mobile phone to pay online. However, when I have paid online as there is no other way to pay if you do not have the coins, they've taken £8. I have contacted their customer support email address to complain twice but they have refused to resolve the issue and refused to admit their false misleading signage of their displayed charges. I will be reporting them for further action to be taken against their false misleading advertuiement.
