Hard to contact
We had a medical emergency in the car on exit from the car park and needed to stop to help a small child who was choking. I tried my very best to contact this company but it was impossible to find a phone number to speak to someone. I was scared to appeal as the fine is double if you don’t pay promptly.
Issuing PCNs at Newcastle petrol…
Issuing PCNs at Newcastle Airport petrol station stating its private land. The thing is it isn’t, the land is under Byelaw. UK Parking Control Ltd (UKPC) issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) on land governed by byelaws is a complex situation, as it may be a case of a private parking company overstepping its authority. While UKPC can issue PCNs on private land for breaches of contract (parking terms), byelaws typically fall under a different legal framework. If UKPC is claiming the land is private when it is actually subject to byelaws, their actions might be questionable and I would be challenging this. Hope it’s useful. Also if it’s a private land, your not a liberty to state your the driver and you don’t have to tell them who the driver is, therefore who would they take to court, and the judge will likely strike out, and it’s bylaw land, and their info and signage are wrong. Basically pushing their luck.
I pulled into a space for less than one minute to pick someone up and drove away. Stopped for about thirty seconds. Then they send me a fine for one hundred pounds. They can sing for that.
This company should not be allowed to improve. They should be closed down immediately. Total scammers
Disgraceful conduct from UK Parking…
Disgraceful conduct from UK Parking Patrol Office Ltd. I received a £100 parking charge simply for briefly stopping my vehicle to deal with a medical emergency. This was not a case of careless parking—it was an unavoidable and urgent situation. Their complete lack of compassion and rigid enforcement shows no regard for human circumstances. It feels like their business model is built on exploiting decent, hard-working people rather than serving any genuine public interest. Deeply unethical and utterly shameful.

I was having difficulties paying my penalty, so emailed Parking Tickets. I received an email back (less than a minute) from Gillian Admin Manager. She helped me, however for whatever reason my payment was not accepted.
Email Gillian back and she called me directly and took payment over the phone. Gillian is (I am please to say) a human and a very helpful one at that. So a big thank you Gillian
Gillian in admin was fantastic
Gillian in admin was fantastic in helping me clear a charge made against my registration which had turned out to be cloned and used on an identical make and model. Gillian was quick to respond to my emails and the whole experience was simple to sort out. Thank you for making what could have been a nightmare to sort, a breeze.

Truly awful company ,tried to charge me £100 for parking at a chip shop which is 1 hour free parking for customers despite me providing evidence of the receipt they didn’t want to know ,a horrendous experience of bullying and it cost me more than £100 for my solicitor to get my solicitor involved but it’s the only way to stand up to these parasites
Bunch of parasites !
Bunch of parasites !. Charged me £100 for using the parking at night. This happened at Skyway Patrol pump near Newcastle airport. I went to get a coffee in the store which was closed….Meanwhile, my passenger decided to take a wall. Legalised crime!

Poor...except Gillian who was fantastic.
Wrongly received a penalty notice when in Wembley having paid the parking fees BEFORE leaving the car park!! I appealed online the day I received the PCN and sent copies of the payment receipt, etc.. explaining it was a mistake their end. Four weeks later I received an increased fine notice!! Anyway, up-stepped the angel that is Gillian in the main Admin office. She asked me for everything which I sent through to her, she investigated and then handled everything immediately and could see it was a system error and she sorted the PCN straightaway too. Gillian was friendly, extremely efficient, professional, understanding and is an absolute credit to that organisation, I truly hope she is as valued as she should be.

I received a parking fine at Newcastle Airport service station for being ‘parked’ when I actually just picked up my son.
Gillian , the Admin Manager, was very responsive to my emails, and she gave me guidance as what to do. The fine was revoked.

ON 23rd Sept I dropped 2 people off for a plane at Newcastle airport. They got out of the car at the Shell station as I wanted to go the shop. 2 weeks later I got a fine notice for parking on private land!!! I emailed shell to appeal and was told it was a site run by a dealer ( Motor Fuel Group Ltd) So basically Shell washed there hands of it. I appealed to UK Parking and was refused and told to pay. I saw no signs at all all my passengers saw no signs. These guys are partners in crime and until this cowboy outfit are stopped some poor people will have a nightmare. Well done MFG Skyway at Newcastle airport keep on screwing people over

Received a PCN after parking near Newcastle Airport. They'd fitted an ANPR camera but no signs, so anyone using the site would have no idea there was as half hour limit. There's signs there now apparently, staff were rude on the telephone and don't seem to mind making stuff up to get rid of you.
This firm is cancer
This firm is cancer, they have zero morals and are just scum.
They need to change their name as Scammers Parking LTD
I received a parking ticket today, which has left me deeply shocked and furious. I perceive this incident as nothing short of a scam.
On the 5th of May 2024, I visited the London Outlet Center with the intention of purchasing shoes from Sketchers and subsequently parked in the center's car park. Upon arrival, an individual employed by the car park was halting vehicles before entry and inquiring about the anticipated duration of their stay. He informed me that parking would be complimentary if I intended to depart before 1 pm. Given my brief shopping agenda, this arrangement seemed reasonable.
Notably, there were no barriers upon entry or exit to the car park, which further reinforced the assurance provided by the attendant. Consequently, I proceeded with my visit to Sketchers, where I spent £104 and departed after a mere 57 minutes, precisely at 11:39 am.
Receiving a penalty notice under these circumstances is nothing short of entrapment. Why should I be penalized for following the instructions given by the attendant, especially when the absence of barriers implies an understanding of the parking terms? I am fully aware of the surveillance cameras installed throughout the premises, which should corroborate my account of events.
Furthermore, they can review their own surveillance footage to observe the attendant halting each car, affirming my account of the interaction.
I am currently facing numerous challenges, including financial difficulties, and I am unable to afford this unjust penalty, especially when I am confident in my adherence to the parking terms. I am prepared to contest this in court if necessary.
Complete and utter cowboys, anyone working here should be ashamed
This is completely disgraceful end to end. Firstly, the parking ticket is £170 for a 10 minute overstay in an empty car park with a massive 'Free Parking' sign at the entrance, and unclear fine print. Anyway, I was told that I can call up and pay the reduced fee of £60 and not given a timeframe for it, with this information I waited for my next paycheque, and so I call up to pay the reduced fine and I'm told they can't reduce it now, regardless of there being no time frame mentioned it's been passed to a Loan shark who are sending me threatening letters and refuse to resolve the issue for me, they just say they cant reduce the fee, and refer me back to parking-tickets to attempt to resolve, which they won't either. Don't know what to do now other than wait to go to court with the evidence that they told me I could pay a reduced fine..
Scammers
Scammers! I paid their stupid fine because I had the audacity to take 13 minutes to load the shopping in the car, with a bad back and a cold only to receive a second paper asking for money again!
Can’t give no stars otherwise I would
Can’t give no stars otherwise I would - basically not following the law and not adhering to the standards set out in their own website or tickets. Crooks
Scam
Scam: Specifically for Duke Street, Manchester.
Parked at this location, attendant's cabin locked closed, phone app didn't work, so paid cash at ticket machine at entrance to carpark.
Following week received PCN. Appealed, including my emails being bounced back, only to be told this company doesn't operate the coin paid ticket machine therefore I parked there without making a payment.
Union-run appeal service then also concluded that the PCN was issued correctly.
Site owner, Castlefield Estates should be ashamed to be employing this parking company.
