Cousin paid for a guest permit for us, now being chased for PCN, provided proof but set the dogs on me and not having to defend it in court as BW Legal have seen the proof of guest permit but say they want their money regardless... Absolute cowboys
I had called this company thinking they where the bailiff …
I had called this company as thinking they where the company who sent me a bailiff letter, got through to a lady called Gillian Burke, she told me this is not the company and never of high court bailiffs or cebg.legal, she went the extra mile still to help me and told me this company is a scam and sent me a link to report to action fraud and also after that she was still in touch through email with myself. I would say she went above and beyond in her role to help me and the matter was not her issue tbh to go above and beyond to help me she done that from the good of her heart and went the extra mile and saved me from getting duped and scammed as with our speaking to her I would of most likely fallen victim to a fraud and been struggling and would of lost substantial amount of money to a fraud. So thank you Gillian for going the extra mile and helping me, I hope your work place promote you for your hard work or recognise what you have done as you have saved someone from a lot of thoughts that could’ve been going through my head, thank you very much and I hope your manager recognises what asset they have working for them as I’d give you a ten out ten for everything you did to save me from stress and depression and ect. Thank you Gillian.

Reply from UK Parking Patrol Office Ltd
Clueless staff, unhelpful and rude.
I contacted the office to enquire about a PCN (invoice), initially she tried to tell me it is a fine. After educating her that they cannot issue a fine, theat a Parking Charge Notice is actually an invoice she tried to insist it was a fine. After educating her further and telling her the law that relates to Invoices for parking on Private property she refused to accept they are not fines. Why do these companies employ people that do not know the basic law around the invoices they issue as threat for parking on private property.
The telephonist that dealt with the call was unable to provide the website address in full, forcing me to go to the landing page then navigate around the site myself. She was unaware that the full address appears at the header of the page and gives the full address for access directly to whichever page is wanted. I then asked what format is accepted for attached a file to an appeal and she said 'any'. I attempted to attach an excel download of my bank statement which the site does not allow, then I tried several other types of file from downloads as I do not want to attach a photo with exif data included. When I tried to explain this, the telephonist said use your phone I'm not telling you how to do it. I said I will not use my phone and want a solution that I can complete using my laptop. She would not accept that her lack of her was frustrating to a customer and was clearly clueless of how to use the online form from a laptop/desktop PC and thinks everyone should do it her way.
She then refused to help any further and hand up.
