For my 6:15 flight the airport was totally overcrowded, add to this the over priced coffee and sandwiches etc. This was only bettered by the security staff who were extremely rude, looking to upset... See more

Parking Sphere are a joke
Parking Sphere are a joke.
Unprofessional, smelly unkempt and rude men without ID collecting cars and over a 90 min wait for getting car back at 1am. I wasn't late, yet was told a 45 min wait when I landed. Was told my car would be 10 mins at 2am so I started walking the 10mins to the car park. At 2.30 I was told by the dimly lit car park where no one was around was safe for me as a lone female, because it was an airport so I was safe. I complained and heard nothing back.
I had an awful experience today at…
I had an awful experience today at Bristol airport. I wanted to go to short term parking to see my son off and have a quick break. We ended up in the multi storey car park despite both of us paying attention to signs. The choice was multi storey of drop off. Turned out the multi storey is long term only. No sign says so!
I costs £60 for the mere 15 mins I was trying to find the exit. I entered on level 2 and there were zero signs that the exit is on level 0. I felt terrible as I couldn’t find my way out and had to ask for help.
The chap at the barrier was arrogant and unhelpful telling me there were plenty of signs. A bad experience not to be repeated
Sloppy service.
Arrived at Silver service key check in at 4 am for a 0630 flight. Chaos and mayhem in the check in room as masses of people there and electronic check in screens which holds everyone up.
Returned to car after holiday, dash cam left disconnect, air con and lighting settings all over the place.
Sloppy service.
We will use an alternative next time.
Reading the other reviews there is no point complaining as they just don't care.
This company is big mistake
This company is big mistake. I was waiting in short stay car park and driver didn't turn up. When I contact with company they lied to me. Firstly they say driver is on the way and after they said I waiting in wrong place that was on the ticket when I bought it! I have to pay £40 charges for parking ticket for staying to long and have to bay another car park in Bristol.
Bristol airport are a bunch of robbing…
Bristol airport are a bunch of robbing gangsters, all that work going on there, and who is paying for it,we are, the tax paying public, the paying customer.
i take passengers to this airport and have done for the past 15 years,it now costs £20 to drop these people off, compared to £7 last week, more than double.
passengers should think about cardiff or birmingham'
Multi story parking issues
Absolute horror show in the multi storey car park, booked months in advance, turn up driving around for 30 minutes waiting for a space to become available, new method of parking also allowing anyone into the multi storey so assume they can just park and pay now, green lights over multiple bays to show empty bays but cars parked in them, obviously a money grab from Bristol airport, looks like they have the new section meet and greet only, well be cancelling future bookings and using alternative parking.
Very disappointed with the car parking
Very disappointed with the car parking. Feel it is very expensive, £115 for 2 days and then when my flight is 40 minutes delayed they enforce another £15 fee to lift the barrier with no receipt available. Lack of information and direction. I park and fly for work all the time and won't be using this airport again.
AVOID! SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOUR!
Used PARK SPHERE SERVICES LTD aka MEET AND GREET BRISTOL. The driver walked in off the road late, after several unanswered calls, with no identifying markers (uniform, name badge, company card etc) and only had our reg number as a note on his phone. Collection is where the main issues arose. Our flight was delayed, meaning I missed my pick-up time by less than 2 hours. Because of this I was told that I had to pay a late fee of £20 before they would release my car. I had paid for the late fee protection (which covers you up to 12 hours lateness). I paid the late fee as it was 1am and was not going to argue when my wife and 8 month old son were stood in the cold. Car arrived, again driver looked unprofessional, and was filthy inside, and had the dash cam unplugged! I checked the footage and it was disconnected the moment they collected the car. Called up to complain about the late fee, was told I would get a full refund, but this never happened.
Puncture greeted me at 1am!!
I left my car and key here at 4.30am on the 13th June in perfect condition. I arrived back at 12.30am to collect it to be told it had a puncture. I said honestly, and you couldn’t have done anything before now? They said it was punctured when they went to move it, which was 15 minutes after I parked (apparently?). So for 10 days it sat there. The car was in their care, they had the key and my phone number but didn’t try to contact me to get authority to get it sorted for my return. Nice present for me at 1am. I had to replace the tyre at a cost of £150 which was really annoying as the tyres were new in February and only done 500 miles. I tried to claim this back from Bristol Airport Parking but they said it could not be proven the puncture happened in their care, which is ridiculous as the car has pressure sensors which inform you of pressure loss immediately and that did not happen. The problem happened in their care so they should accept that and pay the costs. My advice, don’t park here, they don’t look after your car!!
The Silver car park is a joke.
The Silver car park is a joke. The flight to Bristol has been cancelled due to weather conditions. Guess who doesn't care about it? Everyone except me. Ryanair - you will have a free plane ticket 3 days from now. (Don't care about hotels or food; you are on your own in a different country.) Silver car park? No, you can't extend your stay. Just come back and pay the same amount for 3 days as you paid for 14 days of your holiday. All that leaves you with is hundreds of pounds over what you wanted to spend on your holiday!
Worst airport parking in the UK
Parked my car in silver zone for 5 days and came back to my passenger side window and an overhead compartment both left wide open in my car.
Reported it as soon as I saw it before I left the car park, and had nothing back even though I was told a case would be opened to investigate this.
I reported it again a week later, to which I was told the following:
"sorry that your window was left open, however your car is kept within a safe and secure car park and there has been no breach of this service. We are sorry that we have not met the high standards we wish to provide our customers, however, on this occasion we will not be able to offer compensation for the inconvenience you experienced.".
Absolutely disgusting customer service, they couldn't give less of a toss about the issue. You pay eye gouging money just to have a stranger who doesn't care drive your car and then leave it unsecured.
Will not be using this car park again. Awful.
Parked my truck in the Silverzone and…
Parked my truck in the Silverzone and logged the milage , when I picked my truck up 51 miles had been added and dash cam disarmed and damaged , I believe they know my vehicle had been used but they are short of calling me a liar , in the hands of the police
Bristol Airport Silver Zone parking…
Bristol Airport Silver Zone parking transport is a nightmare. This bus service is not acceptable. This is the start of your holiday that you have worked for all year and its disgusting. Herded onto a bus, as many as they can pack in. Rude drivers that drive like maniacs and forget that a lot of the people are standing, hanging on to luggage and trying not to get thrown all over the bus. When we returned from Funchal, Madeira on Monday 7th July 25, the driver was obviously in a bad frame of mind. Drove like a maniac and was braking so hard several people at the back of the bus nearly falling over. This is totally unacceptable and needs a total change.
I used Park Shere Services Ltd
I used Park Shere Services Ltd. They returned my car with the dash cam disconnected and fiddled with my entertainment system. My concerns are, why did they feel the need to disconnect the dash cam, what were they hiding?????
My advice is if they are doing that there must be something dodgy going on. Be aware if you take the risk of using them.
paid for 6 days parking, used 6 hours, no refund
Paid for 6 days parking - used 6 hours due to flight cancellation.
We can't have a refund despite only using 6 hours of our 6 day parking in the multi-story.
I will try and recover via insurance. Edited to add - Insurance rejected our claim due to an exclusion of consequential losses. I asked nicely if the airport would consider a gesture of goodwill as we paid more than £120 for six hours parking, but they refused. It seems like very sharp practice to do this.
We won't use Bristol Airport again.
Update November 2025 - the Airport refunded me just over £100 with a sneering grudging email after I took them to small claims court - they paid before the hearing.
Absolute horror show
Absolute horror show, collected car no uniform or ID. Upon arrival to collect car home waited over an hour just to be told already collected! Absolute shit show of a company
Rubbish service - use just park instead
What a complete p take !!!! The parking cost more than my flight !!!! In fact the online website is do absolutely rubbish it wouldn’t let me pre book - Never use these crooks !!!! Total wripp off !!! Go to just park - there are loads of cheaper parking options - this is on the verg of a scam
Silver zone parking is a joke!
Silver zone parking is a joke!
We’ve used these for many years and never had a problem, but the last few years it’s got busier and busier, there’s always a que (either end) and today (after our flight back ) we waited in a queue so long it took 40 minutes to get on the bus…there’s just not enough buses for the amount of people!
I used the Meet & Greet parking service…
I used the Meet & Greet parking service GLD1 Trading, all the logistics went well and no issues noted, until...
I reviewed my dashcam footage as I'm genuinely interested in the logistics and saw that the driver taking my car from the airport to the staging place unplugged my dashcam (Alarm bells going off but no proof!), the journey from the staging point to the Farmers field, no issues.
The driver who brought my car from the farmers field back to the staging post wasn't bright enough to unplug the dashcam, I watched him do overtakes and drive up to 98mph along a country road! My car doesn't do much more than that anyway.
What do you think they do with the Jaguars, BMWs, Mercs and your car when they bring them back?
I did complain to the comparison website I used, they said they take it seriously and have forwarded my complaint to the company who will investigate, I haven't heard from them at all.
I won't be using them again and will even pay more for onsite parking now.
Bristol airport parking is a rip off. £18 for less than two hours.
Bristol airport parking is a rip off. Just went to pick up my wife from a flight that was delayed slightly - parking cost £18.
