Do not pay for 24 hours unless you don't want to go anywhere
If someone pays for 24 hour parking they should be allowed to come and go from that parking lot...so they can go to eat or something. It was very unclear. Next time I will pay a parking garage I came across so I can do just that come and go as I please!!!

Paid 16 something for 4 hours on a…
Paid 16 something for 4 hours on a Sunday. Time ran out and I was notified I could extend. So I checked what the price was for 9 more additional hours and it was the same price as the initial 4 hours. What’s that all about? If it extension cost the same, why not just have the option to extend the hours without having to pay again? Makes no sense.

Paid online and still got a violation.
So I used the QR code and paid online. After a few hours I got back to my car and had a parking violation ticket on the windshield. There is a web address where you can dispute the tickets and I was able to send a picture of my email confirmation showing I paid for parking but it just states they will contact me once they have reviewed it. Pretty crappy to have to dispute a violation when paying online is meant for convenience.

Easy to park hard to extend time
When I parked using the app was easy. Sadly when I got the alert my time was almost up is where I ran into trouble. I tried to extend my time but kept getting error messages. So we left before we were really ready because I couldn’t extend our time no matter how much I tried. The site even crashed twice.
