Parking Violation
Paid $16.38 to park then when I was leaving noticed something on my windshield. It was a parking violation for $21. I disputed it and they dismissed it a couple of days later, just the hassle of having to dispute.

It’s so easy and convenient to park…
It’s so easy and convenient to park there and I felt safer to park there than other airport parking places that aren’t at the airport. We had an issue with our exit but was quickly fixed by a very helpful member of staff

Easy and secure!
Using the website to book was so easy! It was low stress to find and secure parking. It was important to me to have covered parking for the duration of our cruise. Checking in when we arrived was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We got parked and were on the shuttle in about fifteen minutes. We'll absolutely park there again!

Spent $31.38 for 4 hours of parking
When we put $15 in the machine it wouldn’t take my last dollar, and it didn’t give me my money back. We tried calling the number several times on the sign but it was a busy tone every time. We parked in our spot for 4 hours and haven’t received our money back from the mishap.

The parking lot was clean and nice looking but the price for parking is outrageously expensive; $15 for 2 hours of parking that’s a little bit too much.

Horribly run system
I paid a full day’s parking fee for 90 minutes of parking. 60 minutes in the system alerted me to pay the same fee again before my time ran out.
