No rates were posted, it was 25 for two hours and then it wouldn’t extend my parking through their extended parking selection so I had to start a new session where I found out I could pay for one hour... See more

The Parking lot was well lit and the instructions for payment were easy and clearly visible. The payment itself was way too expensive, as I had to pay $18 to park for 1 hour!

Had to set up an account ,which I did not want to do. Also took a few minutes, which we would have spent in the venue otherwise. It all worked fine, though. Incl. text reminder when the time paid for was running low.

The app worked well, except it did not specify the show I was there to see at Eddie’s Attic. Also, the cut off time on the app/meter said 10:00 pm, but ask if you want more time. I had no idea how late the show would go. So I pad the $15 base and hoped for the best - not a great strategy.

Bought parking for a recent Atlanta United match. Cost was about half of that of the designated Mercedes Benz lots, for a short walk. Quick in and out.

Such a scam. We paid for a “zone” that was incorrect…very confusing sign placement…after appealing and showing them proof of purchase, they denied and billed for $55.

The amount I paid to park was not commensurate with the time of day or the place.

We paid for parking but received a parking ticket as soon as we walked away. We are trying to file a dispute.

$18 to park for 60 minutes is to rich for me. I will not be shopping in Decatur, Georgia any more

Even though I paid for my parking, I received a ticket. It appears that the employee was being fraudulent. He entered my license plate with a period in front of it to issue the ticket. I am waiting on my "not guilty" plea to be adjudicated.

App was not clear about how much the rate was per how much time I selected. Wouldn't tell me how much I would pay until I got to the actual payment screen. Rates didn't make any sense. Also criminally expensive, I've parked at concerts and sporting events for much less. Went to reload from the restaurant and I couldn't even tell which zone I was supposed to be paying for. Never heard of parking.com and it must be new because there is room for improvement everywhere you look. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I was charged 18.99 for an hour when I extended my time. So 38 dollars for 4 hours of parking. Never again will I be ripped off like that!!

Parking.com is INSANELY expensive. $16 for 2.5 hrs of parking where park mobile etc would be probably $6 at most.
