Location was ok for event I attended, but i felt the price was a bit much for a Sunday I spent almost $20 for parking for a 4 hour event
It was time consuming for someone that only uses the app occasionally. Plus I didn't see an option to pay cash if a person didn't want to use a CC. Now you have my address, phone #, email and lice... See more

I absolutely loved how easy it was to pay for parking and how easy it was to add more time however I left the club I was at because when I went to add 10 more minutes I was to be charged another $9. Wasn’t going to pay $10 for an extra 10 minutes

If I could give this garage zero stars, I would. Do not park here. I’ve been broken into twice inside this garage. Windows smashed. Nothing valuable was visible at the time. No changes in security have been made. No refund to previous monthly parking was offered by management.
Car got broke into and my backpack and stuff was stolen. Not a safe area.

THE MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING. HAD TO PULL UP ON THE WEB, FIND THE LOT TO MAKE PAYMENT, ENTERED ALL MY INFO, AND CREDIT CARD INFO. AFTER MY EVENT I CAME OUT TO FIND A $73.00 FINE FOR NON PAYMENT. RIDICULOUS.
Kinda BS to charge $8.99 to add one hour of parking in a mid size city. Definitely will not be parking at one of these lots again.

I forgot to finish payment and I got a ticket. So I made sure to finish the next day but still pissed I got a ticket
The app/site is clunky. And the $.99 surcharge is total BS. When then parking says $3 but actually costs $3.99 o consider that false advertising. I’d rather use park mobile where the price is the price.
It is automatically $8.99 to park more than an hour. Too much compared to the street, and miss it by a minute and get slapped with a $50 ticket. Too stressful to park here.
Note for you: paint over the parking lot where it points to where the OLD collection/pay point was. People were wandering in the rain to find where to pay.
Stop profiting off of public roads! We all pay for these to be made!
The difficulty of getting out of the parking lot. At the price you charge, make sure there is adequate, space between the rows when leaving the parking lot. Once the lot was full. it wasn't easy getting out. Squeezing to many spaces look good in your pocket. But I would park next time at the lot across the street That was properly setup. Actually the day I parked, it was free to park on the streets, because it was Sunday.

Sign said one thing and charged completely differently. And honestly what’s up with the .99 fee. Just another way to get more money.

The website I needed to use was absolutely terrible. Kinda expensive and overall a bad experience
I had to add an additional hour and a half to the parking ticket because the show went much longer than expected, and they charged the same amount including an additional fee. Not happy about this experience.

You charged for parking. No one should have to pay that much to park/perform in a show at a nearby establishment. It’s quite literally a scam.
