Location was ok for event I attended, but i felt the price was a bit much for a Sunday I spent almost $20 for parking for a 4 hour event

I had to enter my card payment information multiple times. Same number, no difference. This established credit card fraud. Parking was expensive, price gauging. I will not use that lot nor service again. Not will I recommend.
I've tried several of the parking apps, this was the only time I've had one work flawlessly. Scanned first try, info was easy to enter, received email and payment conformation instantly.

Used on weekend. Paying by phone number or text was much higher than using scan code to app. Why? Plus posted rates/times were different than that which was online. Please correct this deception.

I called 800 number to see if I could be refunded left my info no one answered left VM as well paid 12.99 for less than 30 mins happened on September 7 parked around 950am left around 1015 or so

I think its all a pain in the ass. Bring the meters back. Inconvenient. Text didn't go through. It took 20 minutes to get it to take. Not a fan. I see elderly people struggle with these too. Worst parking experience in my life. I won't be using it ever again. There ya go.
It took three people to figure out the app and two separate people downloading the app for one parking spot. It wouldn't let me do the $8 choice for one time parking. It was trying to make me pay $65 as the only choice. It was awful and took forever for something that should've been simple. I would have given up if I was running late.

I found out after the fact that parking in that lot is free on Sunday’s. Parking.com took my $8 along with a $.99 fee rather than letting me know that the spot was free.

We arrived at the garage in the morning after paying the night before on the app, only to find out the parking garage wasn’t honoring reservations made on your app. I emailed about a refund and never heard back. So I’m just out $14

Easy to use but for a location where I only needed to park for a couple hours it was not flexible with pay. Flat rate for a whole day.

I was told at the gate the ticket I purchased ahead of time(reserved) would not be honored because they do not work with your company. I ended up paying $35 to park after paying your company ahead of time to park. I then wrote a complaint to your customer service and NEVER received a response. I want a refund for what I paid to your company. It was pride weekend and I parked in the pearl st. Garage on Saturday in Columbus Ohio.
I have never had this issue rectified. There has been no solution offered. Extremely poor customer service.
