Location was ok for event I attended, but i felt the price was a bit much for a Sunday I spent almost $20 for parking for a 4 hour event
It was time consuming for someone that only uses the app occasionally. Plus I didn't see an option to pay cash if a person didn't want to use a CC. Now you have my address, phone #, email and lice... See more

Buck you and your "app" you greedy buck, stop making me use the internet to pay for parking. Redundant, money grubbing nonsense; when the revolution comes we'll be lining you greedy pastards up against the wall with the bankers, politicians and slum landlords.

So much information to put in. Was easier in the old days. Put a quarter in the meter

More complicated and more expensive than the old kiosk system. Parking attendant was rude. No assistance was provided for new users. No need to re-invent the wheel for higher revenue.

You scan the thing and pay and then you can park without them towing away your car. Excellent!!
Lot was clean, but the fact the kiosk was down and we had to download the app and pay a $.99 service fee for something you forced us to download and utilize just seems stingy.

Brian was super friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions.

I didn’t like that the machine didn’t work. Having to download an app, take a pic of a code, or text a number in order to pay for parking is ridiculous. Next time I’ll look for street parking with a meter.

We are parked in the lot by slammers and the prices have been raised to $15 for the Arnold. Now I have to pay a 4th of my pay to WORK. I highly doubt anyone would park all the way by slammers and then walk to the Arnold. This was just a way to Jack up the prices and make a pretty penny off of people just trying to work.

Very expensive for less than 1 hour of parking. For as much as it costs to park here, the lot should be mostly cleared of snow and ice, not dangerous to park and walk on.

I was forwarned by my daughter that you have to pay for all parking on days other than Sunday. I went to your lot behind District West and did not see any places to pay for parking there. I parked and went into DW and told my son-in-law, I didn't see any place to pay, so he went out and took a photo of my license plate and sent a payment in

Machine wouldn't even light up. Then tried QR code (wouldn't accept info), then tried texting (wouldn't accept info) and put in all information required and it wouldn't work. Did this several times. We tried this on multiple phones. I finally got it to work on mine. I wasn't even supposed to pay for parking. Definitely was a horrible experience.
