I over estimated the time I needed and ended up paying way to much for time I didn't need. You should be able to end time early just like you can add time.

Packed lot and expensive
There were many large vehicles parked that left hardly any room for other cars. I Was concerned that my doors would get scratched up from the car park next to. I also find that parking for three hours for $44 is two high and not a fair price. I am a local -Born here and was working as a musician so had to find parking near to the venue I was playing. For so many years, there was a lot of free parking or at least meters for a couple of hours. Now all that is gone.
after I had pulled out of the parking area, I received two texts that my parking was about to end and asked if I wanted to add time. That made me nervous that there might’ve been some glitch that my parking time did not end. Not sure why I got the text after I had left the parking lot.
Lot was clean and easy to access.
Violations
I came in your lot for the first time, and setup on your APP. prepaid for 8 hours and I was in a building and you give me a text that my time is running out. I got myself to my car and and was about 10 or 15 minutes late and you give me a $70.00 parking violation. Then the next morning i came in and pulled up your App. and it said welcome your time has started at 8:00 and ends at 4 and i thought great! so i went on and came back at 12:00 and there was another violation on my window. now my violations is $160.00 I also pay for my employees to park Sooo!

Too expensive.
Too expensive.
Sign read, “$10,” but the fine print you couldn’t read, read, “for the first hour.”
Parked 2 hours and paid $40

Clearer breakdown of time/cost…
Clearer breakdown of time/cost breakdown and the ability to adjust leave time if it’s still in the cost window. Why not just make the leave time the end of the block you paid for? Also tried to call only to be sent in circles. Ended up paying and extra $26.99 to extend and still left an hour before my original window would have closed!

Expensive for me
The facility was fine but I parked for under 2 hours and it was $30 which I thought was too expensive

Time usage
We had a good experience with this parking lot. They even sent us reminders, letting us know that our time was almost up.

No More Paid Street Parking
Nobody who works downtown should have to pay to park on the street. I’m an audio engineer working in the entertainment industry where I make a 30+ minute commute to downtown from Hermitage to work, to help perpetuate the entertainment that draws in so much tourism and money to this town, yet I can’t be left alone. I’ve received three $75 tickets for parking on the street after the meter expired because I was still at work where I can’t just leave the venue to come move my car or renew the parking fee… This town is the epitome of f****** greed and I almost never want to come downtown to work anymore. The street is the easiest spot for me to park and get to work because I don’t have to risk spending an extra 15-30 minutes trying to drive down 3rd Avenue or any of the other streets where the parking garages are, considering it already takes about 30+ minutes getting downtown as it is. I have numerously been stuck driving down 3rd Avenue trying to reach a garage because there are cabs or Uber drivers stopping in the middle of the lane to pick up or drop off a fare (often tourists with no sense of urgency to get in or out quickly so traffic can keep flowing); or the random pedal taverns or woo-girl trucks taking up a whole lane; pedestrians crossing the street when it’s not their turn to cross; drivers blocking up an intersection because they couldn’t notice that the line in front of them wasn’t moving yet they decided to go for it anyways… Not to mention I’ve spent over an hour just trying to leave a parking garage at 3am after getting off work… Quit ticketing people parking on the street! I want to know who is in charge of that stuff in Nashville, like who is holding political power that made those decisions, especially going from $25 per ticket to $70 or $75; I want to know so I can promptly vote them out of a job when it comes time to do so… There are thousands of us audio engineers, musicians, bartenders, cooks, and downtown workers in general banding together to combat this. When the time comes we are going to launch a massive work strike on downtown if we have to keep putting up with this bulls***. Downtown will suffer when thousands of its workers refuse to show up.
