WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! Said it was 30 and charged me 40 plus tax. DO NOT PARK HERE!!!

Easy to use .

We were staying in an Airbnb nearby and so we needed 24 hour parking. From Wednesday through Sunday, it was about $300!! They need a more affordable 24 hour rate!!

Extremely expensive

Could have been a bit cheaper since it was farther away from the Bridgestone arena and bars. Plus it was all up hill leaving. But I would install cameras up to prevent crime.

I thought the parking was extremely high for how long we stayed. I never paid that much for a night downtown

We have used this same parking 2 years in a row now for our vacation in Nashville, each year we had 3 vehicles and we all had issues with the payments, the app or the QR code. Once we were able to access the site (which did not happen with one attempt!) we could not do our 3 days we could only do 23 hours and 45 minutes, then when we got our reminder text that time would expire we extend our time thru the text. SO for 2 years and 3 cars each year we had to go to the parking lot every 23 hours and 45 minutes to extend our parking time.

I parked in the 3rd street lot in Nashville. I used the QR code to pay for parking but realized there was no receipt and i had no way to print even if there was so I used another card inserted into the terminal which produced a receipt so I wouldn't be subject to towing. When I realized I had been charged twice, I sent a support request. Mr. Dean Stutz responded very promptly and resolved my issue. Thank you for being a good company with people who care.

We usually park here to go to Von Elrod's or to a concert @ Brooklym Bowl but when we went for Trivia we had to pay extra all because there was a collage baseball game across the street! Normally it's not bad like $15 to park there for up to 6 hrs unless like I said theres "Event Parking"

Would not take my card had to use a different one

I appreciated the readily available parking close to the location I wanted, but I thought the price was a bit ridiculous even for a tourist area. Over 20 for 2 hours of open to weather parking is crazy. I also didn't see an option for full day cheaper fare. I ended up coming back again same day because I didn't see any other easy to access parking at the time and spent over 50 to have my car in a tiny lot for a total of about 3.5 hours. Sorry but the prices are too high despite the location being decent.

Easy to scan and pay and was right next to my Airbnb in downtown Nashville. Had no issues at all

The price is just too high. I know it's Nashville but the prices for parking to enjoy the city I was born & raised up in for 50 years it's ridiculous. That's why I try to avoid downtown Nashville unless I have business to Taj care of.

This is our second trip using your parking, we had three different cars that we individually parked and all of us had problems with the app and website. One of us were told we would receive emails or text to extend the time and we did not receive them. On one day we received an email that the site was down and they were aware so we had to go back to the lot and use the freestanding machine to extend parking. Every day was another issue. We were on vacation and it was Very Very frustrating! The app and site were not user friendly at all!! We had 12 people young and old that continuously tried to make this a simple process. It was not!!

Prices are ridiculous

Most ridiculous operation ever. There’s always one car that can’t get out and everyone has to sit at the gate for 15-20min. Happened 3x in past few months and twice last week.

There was no place to put my license number and I was booted after paying for 3 hours and only using 2 hours. Still had to pay a fee to have it removed. Not a lot of cars in the lot at the time. Only a handful and did get the state.

$41 for parking is literally ridiculous and crazy
