I hate the new Nashville

I have used the parking app many times. Never had an issue til the recent time. I paid for 2 hours. Got the confirmation and a text. Hung out with some friends that were in town from back home. It was getting close to the 2 hours and I wanted to stay for another hour. I tried adding another hour but it said my session didn't exist... I then got a text saying my parking session was about to end. I clicked the link to extend and it said there was an error. I then tried going on the actual website to extend but again it said there was an error. I rebooted my phone and closed all my apps and tried again and still errors. So I ended up having to leave my friends earlier than I wanted to so I wouldn't get a ticket. I took multiple screen shots of the app, the errors, the text message etc just in case

I didn’t even park I turned around into the parking lot! They charged my card!!!

Received a parking ticket. I scanned the QR code to pay for my parking. I put in all my information and hit pay. At this time we were walking into the VRBO we had rented for a few days. After we got upstairs into the apartment I checked my parking and my payment was denied. I resubmitted and it went through. Not sure what had happened. In between the few minutes that we had gotten out of our car and into our VRBO rental I received a parking ticket! $80 ticket! The parking was $51.00. We had 3 different vehicles there paying for parking. It wasn’t as if we weren’t paying. Don’t give the option to pay with QR code!

The parking cost was ridiculous! And the app kept pinging me to pay more and more. I ended up paying $60+ to park in the crappy parking lot. That is extortion at its core.

It was so easy to park and pay. I would love for there to be a grace period like 15 minutes so I’m not in the parking lot at night distracted while I’m paying in my phone. Just a thought

Great location close to Broadway. Reasonable priced

Little expensive to park but overall great lot

Terrible. Takes way too long to enter information and pay. Confusing app. Also have been wrongly charged multiple other times because of the app (which I got turned over and my money back).

Easy in and out

The system advertised parking for a tribute concert for $25.00. However, when I tried purchasing it, the system message said there was no spaces available. I was able to maneuver through the app and purchase 4 hours of parking for $26.50 + tax.
The cost was too high for the period of time I was there.

The phone # on the sign is no good . Hard to communicate at 6:00 am . I’m old school not very internet intelligent.

It was close to where we were staying , but a bit expensive

Was in Nashville 11/17- 11/20/23. Parking was plentiful but at a very high cost. Parking lots were well lit and appeared safe. Everytime I moved to another lot it was $35-40 for 3 hours of Parking. I have bad knees and unfortunately could not walk the distances to just leave the vehicle in one spot all night. Had to get closer to the venues we were visiting. I think the prices should be lower for handicap ♿️ persons or able to move from one lot to the other using the same Parking ticket in the windshield displaying your handicap placard. That was my only complaint was the cost.

Way too expensive. Especially for the short term parking spots. Will look more seriously for alternatives in the future

Parking was convenient and reasonably priced to access the Renasant Convention Center.

Your app works well but 10 dollars an hour to park is insanely overpriced.
