Ample parking, easy in easy out. Seamless operating app/website (Downtown Nashville)

The app had an amount of time to enter my information but the charge started as soon as I started entering the information. This is confusing and decreases the time you are attending your event. It should start after you enter your car information.

should have a set price for the whole day and be able to use it in multiple areas. this is a travel destination and people come and visiting different places

1 hour is $10, but two is $26 but if you wanna add an hour its just another $10, why so mean?

Easy in and easy out. A little expensive because we are from out of state but probably the going rate for the area.

I arrived at 7:20 p.m., used my credit card to enter the garage, the gate went up and I parked. I returned at 9:15 p.m, to leave, used my credit card, in which my charge should have been $25. However, the gate would no go up, I tried calling the Help Phone number, and after many attempts to reach someone, I was put on hold. By this time several cars were waiting behind me to exit. Finally, a security guard came, but forget his keys and had to return to get them. A couple minutes later the gate went up and we exited along with the line of cars behind me. However, it’s now 9:32 p.m., and I was charged an additional $10 for waiting to get out of the garage. Apparently, there was a glitch in the system, per the person I talked to on the Help Line. Unfortunately, I had to pay an extra $10 for that glitch in the system. My credit card obviously worked to get into the garage, but the glitch in the system would not allow me to leave for nearly 12 minutes. I am requesting that $10 be refunded to me.

The hourly rate was not posted clearly in parking lot. The only sign about rate was 10 $ for first hour, that's all. I paid 40$ for 6 hours so it was unclear of what rate per hour was used. Also in the app the there was no clear sign of rate for extended 1/2 hour or hour. So I extended a1/2 hour thinking it would be cheaper because once again there was no price listed, I had to pay 10$. Then needed more time once again and just paid for a full hour and it was also 10$. The parking lot and app were easy and convenient, just wish the pricing was more up front and clear.

Provide a easy way for parking downtown Nashville.

Great place to park when you are n downtown Nashville! Paying was easy and it was very clean, right in the heart of the city! Will use this parking lot every time we are in a Nashville for an event! Close to the Bridgestone area and Nissan Stadium!

Way overpriced. More expensive than parking downtown Chicago

parking downtown is hard and expensive; always look around for qr codes or parking stations to pay for parking

Had an issue where I typed wrong code in and they took care of the parking violation pretty quickly! Was easy to pay via text

The convenience of the location.

A car blocked the drive but I finally finales a way out

I had no idea what this parking lot cost until I put in all my info. $37 for just 2.5 hours of parking - are you out of your mind. I will never use this service again.
