Parking price is way too expensive! 26.99 to park for slightly over 1 hour is outrageous! You advertise in big letters $10 parking until you park and pay only to realize it’s only the 1st hour then j... See more

$30 to park for one hour, mid day
Parked in the middle of the day for one hour and no event happening. Parking lot is falling apart and cost me $30 for one hour.
Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off. I wrote an email explaining problems i had. Some arrogant guy called me back, blamed me, had some girl in the background laughing about it and thought it was funny. Look at their reviews, and all the complaints filed with state AG. I will never visit downtown Nashville until the city takes actions against these parking garages
VERY CONVENIENT BUT VERY EXPENSIVE
VERY CONVENIENT BUT VERY EXPENSIVE, WILL TRY TO AVOID USING THESE LOTS DUE TO HIGH COST

Very expensive parking!
$25 for one hour of parking plus a .99 transaction fee is outrageous. I will never park in one of these lots again. Rates were not posted on the sign with the QR code either.

Crappy Parking Company
To start we went out for my sister's birthday parked on 3rd&church downtown Nashville and parking was $30 for 2hrs which we only ending up being gone for (1)hr. When we came back we seen someone had busted out our back window and stolen items from our car. I call the police then the parking lot for them to say the hold time is 60mins. Call back the next morning @6am. Spoke to someone who tells me that unfortunately we parked there at "our own risk" because they aren't responsible for any damage or property stolen nor would they even give me a refund for our parking. There was no compassion what's so ever for out situation. I was talked to as if it didn't even matter. Just another person to make money off. It's sad that there are so many companies that are out here. I know and understand that everyone's has to live but it's sad that people/companies get to continually make money off people good or bad.
Very expensive…esp if you add time
No prices posted. I initially booked for three hours, but it was $40.99 so I decided I would book for two hours and add more time if necessary…it was $30.99 for 2 hours. The third hour was necessary… so I was charged an additional $30.99 FOR ONE HOUR! Ridiculous…buyer beware.
Downtown Nashville
It was easy to register and pay. It was very expensive for overnight.

Worse than a hot needle in the eye!
My car was broken into
My car was broken into, and items were stolen out of my car. There was no security or no camera footage. And no way of figuring out who broke into my car.
No upfront pricing
No upfront pricing, you don’t know what you will pay to park after you are already there $50 for 3 hours outrageous even for Nashville

The price was too high!
Price Gouging
Tried to extend time and charged again, spend 60 on 1.5 hours downtown Nashville.
Way over priced!!
Way over priced for the parking area during the daytime. Maybe at night due to demand, but the lots were basically empty and after walking one block I saw a lot for half the cost and even a spot on the street for $2.75 an hour. Will never park here again.
The price is a rip off
The price is a rip off. I understand you are trying to make money, but my god, I would be better off paying a taxi to pick me up and drop me off.
Mystery charges
Prices are not posted so you don’t know what you are being charged till you get to the end.
