Easy to find a spot, pretty close to or destination. Only snafu is that the website rolls back around like the transaction didn't go through and I almost paid twice.

Parking lot was full of potholes

Parking lot was full of potholes, broken blacktop and almost undriveable. Horrible lot for the $20 fee.

Easy payment but terrible parking lot

Payment via QR code via the app for parking was easy and seamless. There was also a machine at the lot you could use if you don't have a smartphone. Payment I would rate as 5 stars. However, my review is for the parking lot itself. It used to cost $10 per day on a weekend, now it is $20. There is no attendant. No security. The parking lot was set up with double parking allowed (one car behind another) so if you pull up, someone can block you in. There were signs telling you to give your keys to attendant if you are blocking someone in, but there was no attendant.

I had the most awful experience using…

I had the most awful experience using one of your sites. The attendant made me feel extremely uncomfortable and tried to convince me that I should pay him in cash even though I had already paid through the parking.com site. I then watched as he slapped the trunk area of a customer's Ford Mustang when discussing where I should move my car to. Then after telling me that he would be leaving before I returned to my car, he wanted me to move my vehicle to a space where I could be blocked in with no recourse upon my return. I ended up leaving and not receiving a refund for my trouble.

Cost was twice what Spot Hero charges

Cost was twice what Spot Hero charges. Their app was not working however, so I used yours. There’s a big difference between having to pay $20 thru your app compared to $10.75 which is what Spot Hero would have charged for the same amount of time in the same lot. Make it make sense ETA. Although this company indicated on my initial review they would contact me, that hasn’t happened. Don’t mislead please.
ETA. It is now October 25. Ten days ago I was contacted via email and told the entire fee I paid to this company would be refunded within 3 days. No refund. No follow up email either which I was also told would happen. I don’t appreciate being scammed and taken advantage of like this. Do your job like you said you would

Used this same lot a year ago

Used this same lot a year ago. We prepaid. Last year we were able to park without parking anyone in. There wasn't any attendant. Still no attendant.
Cars where parking each other in because there was no other option. Finding different spot for next year.

Would not recommend

I paid for a spot to park on saturday, when I got to the lot, there was no one there to confirm the reservation with. Had to find somewhere much much further to park. very disapointed

I paid for a spot at a garage that want…

I paid for a spot at a garage that want even there. I tried calling the garage company and no one returned my call. Now I'm out $13 and had to pay $20 for the garage I had to choose quickly.

I pre-purchased a parking spot for a…

I pre-purchased a parking spot for a Sunday afternoon and was very pleased with the rate ($4) and how easy it was to use the website. I was equipped with a screen shot of my parking receipt to be scanned upon my arrival, but I didn't realize there would be no in-person attendant or other kiosk to scan my barcode. I didn't have a printout of my barcode to leave on my dash, I only had the screen shot, so I had to purchase another parking spot (which was an additional $10) so I had something to leave on my dash so I wouldn't be towed.

I reserved my parking ahead of time…

I reserved my parking ahead of time with Parking.com, but when I got to the lot, there was no direction and no attendant to ask for help. I became extremely irritated and ended up going to another parking lot where I paid a ridiculous price. First time in Philly and it was for a concert, and it really ruined my experience.
