Lot full, couldn't find an attendant. After three attempts to enter lot, went to a competitor. Will never use again, glad I Only lost $13.00 to this service.

almost got towed
There was no parking attendant. There were no available spots without either blocking someone in or being blocked in. Despite the ease of the online prepaid parking, the parking lot itself was not acceptable. I would rather drive around looking for a real spot than get suckered into this again.

Not at all what I expected
Not at all what I expected. Looked for a parking garage for ten minutes before realizing that I had paid for a sketchy open small lot with no guard or activity of any sort. I didn't use it because I didn't want to leave my truck there overnight.

easy to park, website needs clarification
The website said this was a covered lot but it was not. Also I did not know what to do with my parking pass since there was no attendant. If the website could clarify those 2 points, it’s be great.
