Still waiting on a receipt that you are refusing to send me. Yet you are sending me spam crappy emails

There was not enough information posted, especially the cost rates. Not everyone knows how to scan a qcode. Instructions need to be given about that, also. Your customers had to help each other figure out what to do. Also, I had someone park so close to my car, I could not get in drivers side. A parking supervisor on site would be helpful.

Across the street parking for the hotel we booked, was easy and practical especially if you have little kids

Yes, I parked in the parking lot on June 9, 2024 for 8 hours. I was charged $43.00. There were many of my sorority sisters parked there as well but was charged 13.00 to 15.00 for close to that time. I called the local number (after i paid, after I left, and the next day) for any changes and discrepancies (ABOUT THE OVER CHARGING). I left messages. She didnt get back with me until 2 days with a NICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE........ I explained to her about checking the cameras to see more details. She stated, NO "you paid for a full day (not true) and no refund would not be given to you." I want to talk with another person higher up. My number 225-315-1511, Michelle................ Other than that, parking was safe and secure.

I really liked the 24/7 watch over the parking lot. Even though I was staying right across the street it was nice knowing the parking was being watched

I typed one letter wrong for my license plate and they booted my car within 30 mins. Thankfully they were very responsive and I was able to have it removed within 15 mins. The person was in the area and once I showed my receipt and he accepted.

They were extremely helpful and courteous when removing the boots from my car (due to my error when paying).

I was charged four times in 24 hours and never moved my car. The system should have a ticket or something so you don’t have to keep watching your car

Convenient location (near hotel); automated reminders before parking session time was up; reasonable pricing.

Not senior citizen friendly, hard to read screen with sun shining on screen, writing to small, small cover over screen area would have helped.

I paid for parking for two days but when I arrived back at the lot on the second night, the lot was full. Parking.com explains it as justifiable because their sign states: "In and Out Privileges are based on space availability" and unfortunately, refunds are not provided under these circumstances." When I paid for two days, there was plenty of space available. They are taking advantage of customers by over-selling the number of spaces available.

Parking lot was across from familiar hotel entrance. It was near well-lit sidewalk to my destination.
