There was not enough information posted, especially the cost rates. Not everyone knows how to scan a qcode. Instructions need to be given about that, also. Your customers had to help each other figure out what to do. Also, I had someone park so close to my car, I could not get in drivers side. A parking supervisor on site would be helpful.

Unprofessional protocol
Yes, I parked in the parking lot on June 9, 2024 for 8 hours. I was charged $43.00. There were many of my sorority sisters parked there as well but was charged 13.00 to 15.00 for close to that time. I called the local number (after i paid, after I left, and the next day) for any changes and discrepancies (ABOUT THE OVER CHARGING). I left messages. She didnt get back with me until 2 days with a NICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE........ I explained to her about checking the cameras to see more details. She stated, NO "you paid for a full day (not true) and no refund would not be given to you." I want to talk with another person higher up. My number 225-315-1511, Michelle................ Other than that, parking was safe and secure.

Double check before you pay!
I typed one letter wrong for my license plate and they booted my car within 30 mins. Thankfully they were very responsive and I was able to have it removed within 15 mins. The person was in the area and once I showed my receipt and he accepted.

Don't Park There!
I paid for parking for two days but when I arrived back at the lot on the second night, the lot was full. Parking.com explains it as justifiable because their sign states: "In and Out Privileges are based on space availability" and unfortunately, refunds are not provided under these circumstances." When I paid for two days, there was plenty of space available. They are taking advantage of customers by over-selling the number of spaces available.
