easy app great location to the Capitol Hilton

Easy and convenient!

I paid 60 dollars to park for two day and wish I would have just stayed somewhere else because that was expensive and still had homeless people walking around my car!!!

Easy to park. Easy to use QR code to pay!

first could not pay online. had to download APP the went pretty good after that, Meeting went a lil longer. Most Pay to Park sends out a text letting you know time was about to run out. I would have paid more. got to my truck and it was tagged to put a boot on it if i was another 30 Minties i would have a boot on my truck

Difficult to operate, and oh so terribly expensive! It’s the reason why I don’t want to stay in downtown Baton Rouge unless it’s absolutely necessary.

I didn't like that I was in the dark trying pay for parking when I could have just used my card. The app wouldn't load so I had to wait until it responded. I don't like it.

I paid for 3 days in advance. After leaving for a few hours on the first day, the lot was completely full. There was no where to park even though I paid for 3 days. They did nothing and pointed me to small writing on a sign that said spots are not guaranteed. How do you oversell the lot?! I had to valet at the hotel and double pay.

The fee for service is unacceptable. If you change park time from hours to a full day there no much of a difference. It cost me almost $50

It was fast and easy to find a parking spot and pay by using my phone. I also like that they sent me an email to remind me that my 24 hours was ending soon.

Conveniently located across the street from my hotel and very easy to pay.

Absolutely ridiculous how they gouge for parking. Was in a hurry to go to a wedding. With one ways and traffic, this was the first lot I found. It it was $40 to park for an hour or 4 hours, but I was late and didnt have a choice. Ended up only being there 30 minutes because found out
I was going to get blocked in by a parade later on, so had to move my car 3 blocks away. So was charged $40 for 30 minutes.

Parking was very easy to get in and out. Paying was simple and quick

Misleading! We parked on Saturday at 3:00 pm paid for 24hour parking and the receipt in small print said had to leave by 12:00am. Multiple people were being booted. Signage was unclear. Thursday-Saturday 24-hour parking but said nothing about Sunday.

Very easy to use. Reminders for expiration of time. I felt my vehicle was safe.

The location of the parking lot to where we were going was in close proximity.
I did find 45$ for parking for an hour and a half was very high.
