Life happens.
1st I was unable to change my license plate number via the website and had to call to get that changed. Then my phone died and I was unable to get out of the garage without hitting the lost ticket button. Forcing me to pay 70.99 total for parking that night. Once you get parked you should get a ticket to be left in the car in the event life happens.

somewhat frustrating
it was fine except for the fact that we could not check in to park till the time we had chosen on the nose.so, we had to sit there for 5 minutes and hope no one pulled up behind us. next time we won't get our parking pass in advance.

Can’t come and go as you please…
I paid $46 for 3 days of parking and it was never made clear to me that I wasn’t allowed to come and go from the garage without voiding my original parking pass. I was parked for an hour or two, then took my car out to go to the store. When I returned, I had to get another ticket (I didn’t think anything of it; I assumed you needed a new ticket to open the gate) When I left the next day (still well within my 72 hours paid for) I had to pay $20 to leave the garage. It was a Sunday, and no one was in the parking garage office. I paid, then came back (no other option) and left my car in the garage for the remainder of my 72 hours, then when I left, I had a $50 charge to get out. Luckily, there was someone in the garage office, so she helped me and I didn’t have to pay the $50, but I am still out the $20 I paid on Sunday. It should be made clear somewhere that the original $46 for 72 hours was only good if I never left the garage. I feel like I got ripped off, and I sent an email to parking.com for clarity and never received a response.

First time user
I purchased my parking ticket tonight to be used tomorrow. I am hoping that just using my QR reader on my phone at the parking garage tomorrow is all that needs to be done. The directions for a first time user should be a little more detailed. I received an email with a QR code within the email and it says I can print it but since I am traveling I don’t have access to a printer.

When getting ready to leave both exit lines were delayed as the checkout machines were not functioning and the cars at the gate had to call the main number to get all cleared took extra 20 minutes at least.
