Be aware: this is a scam.

I bought a ticket online, but when I tried to use it, the scan didn’t work. I was then forced to pay for a lost ticket, which meant paying $50 more. When I called for help, the intercom speaker was so quiet you could barely hear the person. In the end, they just told me: “We cannot help you.” Even though I had proof of payment on my phone, they refused to do anything. They claimed we should have taken a paper ticket upon entry, but when we drove in, the gate was lifted and allowed us through without requiring one. If a ticket is absolutely needed, the system should force you to stop and get one. There are no instructions posted anywhere. When you’re stuck at the exit, with cars lined up behind you and no staff onsite to help, you’re essentially forced into paying the $50 “lost ticket” fee.

I honestly believe this setup is intentional, and they’re making money off people this way. Be warned, avoid this place at all costs.

Instructions were clear

First time experience of this online service. Instructions were clear, directions to location and photos of entrance were helpful. Had a little trouble with scanner reading my QR code but it eventually worked.

First the scanning code provided by your site was not working and I needed to pay with my credit card again. then you customer service was asking for items that felt like jumping thru hoops for a $26.00 refund

Parking Convenience

Convenience, easy to pay and the app made is easier. Rates vary from lot to lot. Using the app gives a better price than just pulling into the lot. Parking in Nashville is expensive. Also you can’t extend the time by phone.

The parking garage charged me again for…

The parking garage charged me again for the parking. We paid for the pass up until 11:30 pm and left early and when I scanned to leave it said I owed $20 for my parking….what was the point. Also it was hard to get out and in this location. Very cramped and no real direction to get out from the parking garage.

Fake Cancellation Notice

I looked up current location in Nashville for specific time slot. It defaulted to a different time slot without adequate warning time was changed on me. Upon payment, immediately "cancelled" reservation on app which popped up right after payment. Thinking it was cancelled, thought nothing of it until credit card was hit with charge. Have reached out twice since this happened and it been 10 days ago with no response. I'd certainly rereview you all if you would refund my money as you notified me via app that reservation was cancelled. Buyer beware.

I prepaid for overnight stay paid…

I prepaid for overnight stay paid online receive receipt and QR code assuming to scan on exit to show I paid. It did not work. Call button for help did not work - had to pay again to exit. I will be calling on Monday for help!

I parked my vehicle from 530 pm to 1200…

I parked my vehicle from 530 pm to 1200 midnight. When I got to my vehicle at 1130 pm, I was stuck in traffic inside the garage for one hour. When I got to the gate I was charge $20 dollars more. I don’t understand why the garage doesn’t have a person conducting traffic at the entrance or exit. I won’t park here again.

I bought parking in advance to go to the Titans draft party at Nissan Stadium. The barcode on my parking pass did not work.

With being post-op the location was…
