I bought a ticket online, but when I tried to use it, the scan didn’t work. I was then forced to pay for a lost ticket, which meant paying $50 more. When I called for help, the intercom speaker was... See more

Our pass that we bought ahead of time…
Our pass that we bought ahead of time didn't work and we had to pay for parking again when we were leaving. And the help button didn't work and there was no one around to help us get out without paying double.

Easy reservations
I was able to secure a garage to park in close to the venue on a busy Saturday night, prior to going downtown.
Stuck in parking garage for 2.5 hours
I was stuck seven floors underground in the parking garage with two kids and no cell signal or GPS for 2.5 hours. Cars were lined up through every floor and not moving. We finally got to the exit where I scanned my PREPAID QR code to have the barrier arm rise only to be asked for an additional $20 for some unexplained reason. I was furious but had no other choice than to pay the additional money. What a TERRIBLE experience! Why someone wasn’t paid to direct traffic outside the parking garage following a massive concert is beyond the pale and demonstrates significant greed.
Parking was convenient and was priced…
Parking was convenient and was priced reasonably until it was not. There was no way to change the time when reserving the parking spot. We were at a very well advertised event so making the parking time end before the concert ended was a clearly planed move to overcharge for a "late" exit. We were 15 minutes late even though we left the venue before the concert ended. We were charged $20 for 15 minutes while for the whole time we paid $25. Our parking charge was $45 due to those 15 minutes. We could have had a much closer parking for that price. It looks like a planed way to overcharge for parking. I fell for it once but I will not again. Will not use parking.com again.

We were stuck gridlocked in the parking…
We were stuck gridlocked in the parking garage for 2 hours with no where to go. It took 2 hours for them to figure out that they should shut down part of 4th Street to let us all out. We didn't get to our hotel until 2:30 am and should have been back by 1 am at the latest. It was a miserable experience.
nobody leaving knew what to do so it…
nobody leaving knew what to do so it took long you need to put how in the rules. my event went 2 hours longer due to rain so we ended up paying 46 dollars instead of 25
Extend your time
When trying to leave them garage I was charged an additional $20 before I could leave. That plus my additional charge cost more than parking at the garage for a full 24 hours. Left very unhappy.

Amazing parking area
We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert this past weekend and used 2 different parking facilities. The first was an outdoor parking lot where the spots were very small and hard to navigate in and out of. For the next day, we decided to find somewhere else to park. I looked online and found 333 Commerce and decided to try it. Pricing was great for the 13 hours we thought we needed. Unfortunately we got back to the car well before the time we were supposed to be out of the lot but they had blocked everything and were not letting cars out of there. I was charged more money because I was in there for an additional hour and this was almost the same amount as the original 13 hours. I reached out to the manager for that facility and spoke with him via email about our situation. He was very helpful with this whole situation and made me happy with what started as a not so great situation.
This parking garage is clean, quiet and I felt very safe parking here. I highly recommend this lot for anyone that needs parking in Nashville. I will definitely be using it again when we make it back out there. It was very centrally located to everything we wanted to do.
