I didn’t expect to have to pay an additional 20$ when leaving.

I pre-paid for parking in a public parking garage, and when I scanned to go in there were no open parking spots so I excited within 5 minutes. Tried to reuse the same ticket since I had already paid and it didn’t let me. There should be a time minimum allowed in case you can’t find parking like how my situation was. It truly ruined the entire night for me because I had to pay twice.

I was stuck in parking garage 2 hrs .. thought was due to traffic but was because the qr code didn't work to let ppl out.

Time difference between the state I came from and TN, arrived on time but 1 hr early with the time difference, could not use the QR code to check in or out, my advice is just don’t pay on line since there is no way to adjust your time. Should give you an option to add more time if your early or leave late.

Waited for an hour and a half just to get out with only about 10 cars in front of us total. Absolutely insane. Then no service so email wouldn’t open. I didn’t have a ticket I scanned in with the QR code when I came in and the guy tried to tell me I stayed over my time. I knew I had booked until 230 and it was 130. Wanted me to just pay another 50$$ won’t park here again for big events.

Need a better process to get out, shouldn't have to scan both coming in and going out and should arrange someone at the road for big events. Took us three hours to get out.

Great lot easy experience. Had a little trouble getting out of the lot. But overall great location and lot.

The website was super easy to use and provided easy access to garage/parking spot upon arrival with a quick scan of the QR code emailed to me.

I was able to reduce my parking fees by 50% by using this app. It showed me the available lots, their locations in relation to my venue and pricing. From there I selected the one I desired and a few clicks later, I paid online and had an email with the information to park. No more driving around looking for a garage and I was able to beat the “weekend rush” by purchasing my spot before I was even in my destination city!

I was billed twice - once when i reserved the spot and again upon departure.

Easy to get to the Ryman Auditorium. It is directly across the street. The parking garage is very well lit.

I went over my prepaid time by no more than 30 minutes and was forced to pay another $20. It would have been okay if I could have paid for 30 minutes or even an hour but that’s unacceptable. Will do my best not to park in any of this company’s garages again.
