User Friendly Model
As long as your parking lot attendants direct drivers make it a point to scan the app and make the payment (ex. When a customer doesn’t have cash on hand), I like the user friendly interface.

Parking lot is too small and expensive
I normally park one street down for ten dollars less. Never had trouble there, but here it’s hard to get out since the space between cars is narrow. Good luck getting out without someone crashing into you.

Whatever the signal issue is over at the lot behind Precinct at Broadway and 4th needs to be remedied. I tried to pay via the site like, 7 times before it went through. If the site is going to be so finicky, the attendant should have a card reader available.

I've used other QR code scan-and-pay parking services that were much smoother. Main things are loading times, and ability to use Apple Pay, and finally the amount of info that's needed to be filled in.
